Bugs and insects EVERYWHERE.  They come into the room at night through the cracks in the doors (see pic).  No air condictioning or sceens so the room was very hot.  Around midnight, we discussed sleeping in tbe car, but we eventually fell asleep.  Can not see the pool bottom (pic).  Breakfast was 3 pieces of bread, jam, butter, coffee, and a glass of juice (pic).  No internet.  The only good thing about this place is the river view from the balcony (pic).  Probally my worst hotel stay ever.  Suggeation, in the summer, find a room with air csnditioning somewhere else, then tou have an option if you have to cloae all the doors.

Stay away

It was very long time that I went to the Embassy Jardines and Rio. Improvements are all over the Embassy Rio and is a very big and comfortable Hotel in Lunahuana. Very close to the main square and to Catapalla ..so good location.
We chose the river front room with a balcony that you can enjoy anytime.. yep was very pleasant to wake up and listen the river sound ...plus fun when you see the boats coming down to the river... 
Personal is very welcoming Luis and Ely are awesomet!

Back after long time

Really great location next to the river! It's a place where you can really relax. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.  There are only two negatives points : WiFi doesn't work and the breakfast is only bread with jam, a glass of juice and coffee/tea... could be better ..!

Perfect location

Stayed here a couple of times very clean very nice people great staff can't understand why somebody would complain that the river is noisy don't stay on the river plenty of other rooms I love the sound of the river

Very nice

This hotel is decent but really nothing special besides the fantastic view of the river and mountains. Comfortable beds, nice balcony, large bathroom. The room was a bit dirty though, there were quite a few dead bugs around the floor. Breakfast was average - some bread, small glass of juice, and a small plate of eggs. Pool was decent sized but the water level was too low so the jets were just shooting everywhere and you couldn't swim near them.

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel.We found it very welcoming and warm.
  The lady/owner treated us very special with that motherly touch.
    The breakfast was excellent,as was the food at lunch and dinner and very varied.

The wanted feel

El hotel es completamente agradable. Muera los cuartos están bien y el jardín es agradable.

3 Puntos eran inquietantes y el frist dos de ellos son la razón por qué no volveré a aquel Hotel más:

1. No hay ningún bonito lugar en el río para nadar o bañarse allí. No cada uno quiere nadar en esto fondos (con el echar agua clour lechoso). Otros hoteles preparan bonitos lugares o playas para hacerlo posible de nadar o bañarse en el río..

2. No es aceptable para mí que un hotel pone el desagüe de los servicios al río. Esto muestra la misma actitud que toda la basura del parque y jardín es sólo trown a la orilla del río en la última esquina del Hotel. ¡El río no es un vertedero!
=> la razón por qué fui a Lunahuana es el verdadero maravilloso río con sus posibilidades para el rafting y rwimming en el río. Los hoteles cuando éste destruye con allí ignorancy la Base para allí poseen el negocio. Muchas personas están en Lunahuana para el rafting y otros deportes en el río. ¿¿Si la voluntad venida allí otra vez del río es pollutet?? ¡No pienso tan!

3. Lamentablemente esto es un problema de conseguir un desayuno por la mañana. Usted tiene que estar listo para esperar mucho tiempo y parece que la materia es gravada en exceso y no realy amistoso aquel tiempo.

The hotel is quite nice. Die rooms are ok and the garden is beautiful.

3 Points was disturbing and the frist two of them are the reason why I will not come back to that Hotel anymore:

1. There is no nice place at the river for swimming or bathing there. Not everyone want to swim in that pools (with milky clour water). Other hotels are preparing nice places or beaches to make it possible to swim or take a bath in the river.

2.  It´s not acceptable for me that a hotel is putting the drain of the toilets to the river. It´s showing the same attitude that all the waste from the park and garden is just trown to the shore of the river at the last corner of the Hotel. The river is not a rubbish dump!
=> The reason why I went to Lunahuana is the real wonderful river with his possibilities for rafting and rwimming in the river. Hotels as this one are destroying with there ignorancy the Basis for there own business. Many people are in Lunahuana for rafting and other sports at the river. If the will come there again of the river is pollutet?? I do not think so!

3. Unfortunately it´s a problem to get a breakfast in the morning. You have to be prepared to wait long and seems the stuff is overtaxed and not realy friendly that time.

Although the rooms were clean and had spacious rooms attention was bad. 
The buffet  was not enough for everyone in the restaurant, some people even some children were left without food or have to wait long.
 In the Bathroom water did not come out much making it almost impossible for one to bathe.
 Not enough staff to serve all the guests.
 We asked for canoeing  services and the time was changed thousands of times.
