Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.  Shower was hot and pressurised.  Breakfast is a bit basic but adequate, coffee, juice,  bread rolls and jam. Reasonably good location for some bus stations, 30 minute walk for others. 
Not good value. Piura is not really a place you wanna hang around for long and the price should reflect this.

Overpriced but fine for an overnight stop

ANTS in the room!!!!!!!!

Dirty room, shower that made the whole bathroom wet, noise from the hotel itself that woke us up early morning, receptionist knows no english, tv remote doesn't work...

This is no where NEAR a hotel!! It would be embarrassing to call ot a hostel...

Hotel??? Not even close

Quiet place, no speaking english, the room are clean and small nothing more, the staff is just present, they should include there breakfast in the price. just convinient close to the center and the multitude of bus stations.

Real standar hotel

This hotel is vey basic and small and is good for a one night stopover in Piura. As there is not much else on offer in the town for a reasonable price Inca Hotel is OK. It is a 10-15min walk from the airport and right next to all the bus stations.

Good place for one night stopover

The only positive thing i can say is that the hotel have a central location close to bus terminals.The room are so small like rabbit cage,wifi not funcion att all,and no hot water in the morning.And a lot of noise until late at night.This was the first and last time i stayed in this hotel!
