Special check-in instructions
There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.

Know Before You Go

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• The seasonal pool will be open from December to May.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
• The property is professionally cleaned; disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Fees

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A national sales tax between 10% to 18% will be charged upon check-out to residents of Peru regardless of length of stay, and non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Travelers who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
A damage deposit of USD 200 will be collected before check-in.
