Wow, what a lovely hidden gem. Nothing too fancy but just what you want in a cozy and comfortable, clean place. The reason I'm giving three stars however, is because a women spoke very disrespectfully to one of workers cleaning telling. She had a derogatory tone and seemed very arrogant. I later found out by asking that she was the wife of the owner. Its a shame to see the people who are the whole reason this place runs smoothly and make the ambient so friendly be spoken to that way. I hope she gets taken out this business so the workers can just continue working in peace and continue making this hotel great :)

Vaya, qué preciosa joya escondida. Nada demasiado lujoso, pero justo lo que deseas en un lugar acogedor, cómodo y limpio. Sin embargo, la razón por la que le doy tres estrellas es porque una mujer le habló de manera muy irrespetuosa a uno de los trabajadores de limpieza. Tenía un tono despectivo y parecía muy arrogante. Más tarde descubrí que ella era la esposa del dueño. Es una pena ver a las personas que son la razón por la que este lugar funciona sin problemas y hacen el ambiente tan amigable les esten hablando tan feo. Espero que la saquen de este negocio para que los trabajadores puedan seguir trabajando en paz y seguir haciendo que este hotel sea excelente :)

The staff are angels, the owners are bad- Lovely hotel thanks to the workers.

Good hotel and more comfortable than the official 2-star rating it has registered. Comfortable dormitory and sufficient bathroom. Simple but satisfactory breakfast, with various services such as extra food, laundry, wifi, reception with good service and very attentive staff.

Buen Hotel at a modest price

A very good hotel to enjoy and spend a weekend in Tacna, if you have convenience with parking and the cost you will refund it or discount the value of the accommodation.

The small rooms, the unasserted attention, the restaurant is a source of soda and the attention in the restaurant is bad. Only to stay for emergencies. The facilities are very old. The only point to salvage is their location.

One good thing I can highlight about this hotel is its location. It is located on a street with many youth venues for eating and drinking. and the price is quite affordable if what you want is to save. one thing to keep in mind is that it is close to a school, so if you go on a weekday you may wake up in the morning to class. when I was there it seems like they were preparing for a parade because they had about 30 minutes marching.

We were given the background piece no noise until the morning when a chicken sings on time at 6am and if you continue to sleep at 8am, the kids at a school next door to the hotel are heard. The next morning it was a Saturday when the kids obviously no longer listened and the chicken no longer listened to the quizzes knowing it was a day off. Despite that experience at night if I could rest. The beds aren't soft as other users say, but I personally sleep well with my family and I. The bathrooms, the bed type and towels, are clean. The towel has a lot of use, yes. The breakfast fee service that comes with the towel is simple but you can add extras like other ingredients, but you can pay for the towel. I made the reservation through the app, but still wanted to confirm it with the hotel's mail, which was not confirmed, my only complaint because when I got to the reception if they knew everything was OK. The room is comfortable and nice and clean, you can bring breakfast to the room (juice, milk, tea and toasted butter and jam) as a recommendation they could add fruit... the perfect location is super close to the Spa Imagen (5 minutes) and the center as 10 minutes.

Without a doubt my favorite hotel, after meeting many hotels in Tacna, for years I stayed at this hotel, it has everything, good attention, central, insurance, good food, cleanliness, thanks to all the general staff who serve at that hotel, participate😉😉😉

Copacabana is an awesome place to see, my friend and I decided to reserve this place. The staff was very nice and attentive with all our desires.
We  been to the Sun Island and  Moon Island. My friend got sick  and they don´t have any  problem to  help you find a Doctor. They speak English  so that was easy to comunicate with them  as our spanish is very bad.

Thi place is great in Copacabana

Very low-rise hotel with small rooms. Breakfast is very affordable and can be upgraded at a premium price.The rooms are small and the bathroom is also. Very good: contact local taxi drivers travelling to Chile!
