We enjoyed so much our stay at Diwata, such friendly and attentive staff, room was very clean and cleaned daily, aircon was silent and worked perfect, breakfast delicious and served in our room on the balcony. Most important, I have very long and thick hair and washing it is always a problem due to low pressure in the shower but the shower at Diwata had perfect pressure and hot water at all times. The massage service  was absolutely divine, we did it twice in our room. The entrance is right behind a restaurant at the beachfront. 

Excellent accomodation

the resort is great but we were not able to fully enjoy our stay there because there were no electricity because of typhoon ursula but the owner, ms maricel and her staff are so accommodating and friendly esp romer who helped us with our needs. for the people there, 5 stars for them! 

the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable but without aircon, twas really hot even with fan because the ground floor rooms have no access for the air to pass through... and just worried with the floor in their comfort room because its kinda’ slippery. 

now i know why it is called a hidden gem because you have to pass inside a restaurant and aisle before u reach their place. i thought the place would be just an ordinary one but no, the place is great! 

good place at station 2 

Stayed here for 4 nights with the girlfriend. Place was a little hard to find but eventually got there you got to walk thru a restaurant. Breakfast was delicious served on our balcony. Great location next to beach and all the shops and restaurants. The employees provided great service. Room was very affordable. Only downside was that the island of boracay has blackouts.

Hidden gem

I'm thankful to find this place we feel comfortable with Maricel and her staff. everyday we got a good breakfast with fresh juice they give lots of efforts for every little things they serve its a simple place where you feel home.

Friendly resort

Very clean,daily housekeeping,super approachable staff and owner ate Maricel,she never changes her attitude of being helpful,kind and hospitable almost like a mother since Old Diwata resort to this very spacious ,comfortable much more romantic new Diwata resort and Spa.Diwata resort and Spa is right in the middle of Boracay's action.very convenient to shops,restaurants and most of all just few steps to the beach. 
Everytime i visit Boracay,this hotel and the people always in mind!!!definitely not my last time...see you soon po!!

Good Value in an Expensive Boracay

Very near the beach this place is an oasis of quietness, relaxed atmosphere and all comfort for a low price. The owner is a very kind lady with a lot of experience in looking for suitable accommodations for tourists during many years. Therefore she knows what to offer to make you feel happy! Free massage is included and her kind staff offers all you need, from clean rooms to good breakfasts, from nice massages to maximum agreable holiday feelings. Total relax.

Romantic, quiet and relaxed place.

I love everything about this small hotel.

*You have privacy when going in and out of your room since guests have their own stairs going up to the room. You don't need to pass the receptionist.
*The bed is sooo comfy. I love how soft it is that I just want to sleep for the rest of the day but of course we can't do that. There were a lot of pillows and it is soft as well
*The aircon is cold and quiet.
*The bathroom is big, nice and clean. It has a glass panel facing the bed (you can cover it with a curtain if you do not want your husband or boyfriend looking at you from the outside while you are taking a bath). The bathroom is the best part of the room aside from the bed.
*The room also has a veranda facing another hotel. It is not really bad view for me tho. We had our breakfast on the veranda and I love the fresh air.

Too sad we only booked here for a night since we need a bigger room. The room is best only for couples traveling without kids. One queen bed is uncomfortable for 2 adults with a 9yr old kid. We were booked in a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Boracay.

Highly recommended for couples. We actually talked about going back to Boracay (me and my partner minus the kid) and we will definitely stay here.

Inexpensive yet one of the best hotel

Wonderful caring down to earth staff that go the extra mile. Free breakfast and massage during your stay. Extremely clean rooms with maids paying attention to detail. So close to the beach. Just HIGHLY recommend coming here. (And to the owner... IM SO SORRY I FORGOT TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR KEY AND DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL I WAS GONE) thank you for   Helping us on our way on that rainy day!
