Savoy Hotel Boracay

Words cannot express how much my family and I appreciated our stay at Savoy. Prior to our stay, the hotel organized our round trip airport transfer and provided us with detailed instructions well in advance. Although the airport transfer has a cost, there is a free hotel shuttle that can take you to different stations on the island. Thank you to Kuya Arnold who was always our driver and gave us a “mini tour” when we first arrived. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice warm washcloth and iced tea. Check in was seamless and the hotel was able to place our three rooms on the same floor. The rooms were clean and had ample amenities including a fridge, coffee&tea, water, and bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, etc. We had balconies with a beautiful view of the pool area as well as a partial view of the ocean. We did the breakfast buffets and also had dinner at the hotel’s Cafe. The food was good and the servers and hosts were very kind, attentive, and patient with my family. I wish I remembered their names to give a proper thanks. There are also other options for dining within the hotel that we didn’t get a chance to try. But if you just want a snack or some boba, there is a 7/11, Gong Cha, and Potato Corner on the lower ground floor. Every single staff member we interacted with, even just in passing, showed us great hospitality and assisted us with all our questions and needs. One of these helpful staff members was concierge Gregg Gemar who booked our activities, assisted us with transportation, and overall, provided us with excellent service. We booked island hopping with snorkeling and lunch included as well as an ATV tour. Thanks, Gregg! We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to all the staff who made our first visit to Boracay such a memorable experience. We cannot wait to come back!
