I do not know what has happened to this resort. My last stay summer 2023 was very good but this time December 2023 was not a good experience. The place is run down, shared the room with huge cockroaches, it was unkept and run down, and the staff were something else. All they seemed interested in was getting money, even standing outside the window saying can we pay a bill, 3 weeks and have to say will never stay there again. I was made to feel unwelcome, the cleaning was a joke, you pay for family members to use the pool, the restaurant was excellent, clean, wonderful staff and served us so well. However, the other staff were unhelpful at times rude. I would recommend a Hotel in the City, for what you pay this run-down resort is just not worth it. I did complain and hope they improve this resort, we were the only guests most of the time and now I know why.

Very Bad

This was my family's third visit in here and their staff are always accommodating. Atmosphere was nice, their room good for huge family sizes was actually great, and the resort itself is not too crowded. I highly suggest this resort for family outing!

We had a Great experience!

This hotel is a hidden gem, an oasis in the middle of dasmarinas cavite.
The pool is fantastic along with the facilities around the pool with an excellent team of staff who look after you. Good selection of food and drink. The rooms are comfy and spotless.
All areas of the resort is clean and well maintained. The changing area and toilets/showers at poolside are 5star.

Great resort with wonderful service

The staff are approachable, the place is amazing and the price is worth everything. The kids and adults alike enjoyed our overnight stay at the  place. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and set another date to visit again soon.

Relaxing and a nice place to have fun!

Rooms are big and value for money. They could probably do with a refurbishment but they were definitely ok for what we wanted.

It's nice to find a resort where the pools are well maintained with clean water and rules on attire.

Food was good, large portions and tasty, just waht we needed and good value

Family swimming

We stayed at a six-sharing room complete with towels and toiletries. Considering the price, I was surprised that the room was very spacious and it even has its own electric kettle and cable tv. The aircon worked just fine too. The room also have a dining area, fridge, and kitchen sink. Even the balcony is spacious.

The food was just okay. Not bad. 

Also, the staff here needs training. When I asked what time can we start swimming in the morning, one staff said 7am and the other staff said 8am. The waiter during our breakfast is also a bit lazy. He just told us to pass the plates instead of putting it in front of the person who ordered the food.

The hotel was clean. But the public restroom needs a lot of improvement.

Pool is clean too, but can get crowded at times.

Good Value for Money

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, for Filipino standards very satisfying being here. We just used the time here to invite friends from the area, so it was very convenient it is located just at the highway. Easy to find and easy to reach by public transportation.

Very nice for money

We visited the pool for swimming with our children. The place was clean and had nice tables for a picnic. The cost was reasonable. If you are looking for a place to swim and have a good time, I would suggest visiting Kalipayan.
