This a good, well-located hostel with plenty to recommend it. It is near some popular sites, and the surrounding area is a cut above most other Cebu City neighborhoods. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequately appointed. The A/C might even be said to work too well.

Good and good value

It's a pretty old hotel but the room was clean enough, staff were all friendly, unlimited water was useful for me fighting off a cold. Shower was nice and hot! Tv I don't know it's old but I never turned it on. Aircon one annoying thing noisy and blows on my face not what I like when sleeping. Other thing no guests allowed so if you single looking to mingle I don't reccomend. Other then that not a bad hotel and location and at least they are trying to be eco friendly. Good work! Also my breakfast was pretty delicious so good cooking.

Yeah it's ok

This a really bad hotel...the first we get inside the room,the room was really smelly!!! Everything is old!!! The stuff is the staff is really unfriendly they treat their guests like a prison, there is something like about delayed on payment and they won't let us go outside it sucks! the reason is why why we're going to check in in the hotel if you don't have money to pay them for sure we check in in the hotel and we have money to pay them they don't trust their own guest and they don't treat us with the total respect nothing it's all bad in here... It's a it's an old hotel and it's expensive! 

Poor service and stinky room

You get what you pay for. It's in a great location. They were really nice at reception as I had originally booked for 2 nights hoping to go on a tour of the island but was unable to do it. I had requested a refund for the one night via Agoda who were absolutely brilliant at sorting out the issue, the hotel granted the refund. I was impressed. Thanks. 

Great location, budget hotel

A very good Place for families.
The location is great,staff are courteous,clean and eco friendly.
Breakfast is a bit expensive but good enough.Room price is reasonable.My third stay,would always come back!

Highly Recommended

Don’t expect a fancy accommodation. 

Room is very basic. Bedding and linings are so thin, not so comfortable to sleep with. Airline's fleece is much more comfortable to use.Imagine a big handkerchief, that'show thin it is.

Just close to everywhere. 

Basically you get what you pay But the staff are super friendly. A true reflection of a Cebuano.

We were supposed to order breakfast for 3 but my son wanted to have cup noodles as well so we requested for hot water.they said that we’d be charged 40pesos, same cost as coffee,in addition to 500pesos corkage because of the cup noodles (which was only 20pesos).my husband was furious about the illogical reason behind it, i even talked to the Operations Officer and reminded her that we are loyal customers and we’ve been staying in their hotel frequently.her answer was that that was before, now is different, which is reflective of her absence of understanding on the concept of customer loyalty.then just tells us that that is the policy.we then decided to just pull out, and i demanded for a refund for the remaining 1 night. I demanded to talk to the owner, but she says it is confidential.then further made the refund more difficult.it was a very frustrating incident because i even had to coach her to listen to me first because i was trying to make situations halfway for us,but she was stubborn.I wrote a 2-page complaint to them.im not quite sure if they will attend to it.

Rigid and inflexible

This is our first time here and we’ve stayed 10 days unfortunately we’re not satisfied with the service especially in housekeeping  dept because they never change the bed sheet even once and i asked the receptionist to tell the housekeeping to change it because were already 7 nights but nothing happen well it’s called poor communication in each dept.But one thing that I highly appreciated from the hk dept is that the lady boy she was so attentive when i asked a favor from him he was running upstairs well thanks to her she’s doing graveyard shift.
 Apart from that I have another concern also in the reception I found one lady there very rude she don’t know how to talk to the guest she’s not suitable to her position because first impression of the guest will last which is its true.She’s not friendly,no smile at all then one time i talked to her because i have visitor at that time the way she response me my god it’s seems I’m not a guest she’s really rude.Its better let her to be trained on how to handle a guest.She’s skinny and morning shift.pls make some disciplinary actions of her attitude problem.
