IT Park surely has plenty of Cafes , food courts & restaurants , to accommodate the I.T workers , tourist & private accommodation high rises 

I stayed here for over a years at one of the rental condos 

Condo prices are usually higher than other locations around Cebu city .. due to the convenience of the location 

There’s a lot to see , generally in night life

My friends and I really liked the place. Easy access to public transpo and there's a lot of restaurants nearby. The only downside is they don't have socket in the room that we stayed so we are charging our powerbanks in the outside of the room. Ac is cold, thumbs up for that. Also, the restrooms and shower is clean. Overall, still recommended specially if you are looking for a budget friendly inn.

Really a good place, super chill! :) Just like here in Manila, actually there's a good restos over the place so you can just walk from your nearest hotel then ride habal-habal. And you can have a spa nearby. There's milk tea shops.

CEBU CITY, LAHUG

Good: It's cheap and basically clean both rooms and common areas. Safe neighborhood. Near IT Park and some shopping malls and restos and bars. ]

Bad: Receptionist is a snob. Toilet and Bath are located on a separate shack so doing your "business" at night is pretty challenging. 

It's a basic hostel so don't expect anything fancy.

OK Hostel

I like the interior design and the room was comfortable but you can hear the noise from the outside. Their comfort room is quite clean, I hope they can upgrade the signage because it was too hard to find the place specially at night. So far we had a great night and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Hard to find the place.

This hotel is in a good location if you want to stay near IT park, however it is a little far away from some of the attractions in the city centre. 
The hotel is really nicely decorated, with lots of nice little touches. This makes it seem homely. The staff are really friendly and happy to help you organise taxis to the airport, or to your next destination. It costs around 280 PHP to the airport using an uber taxi and takes around 45 minutes. The hotel is clean, and has a nice outdoor area where you can sit and relax. The rooms are spacious, although there is a lack of plug sockets. It would be nice if each bed had their own sockets, or if there were more sockets placed in the rooms.

Nice touches

You need to pay for water cost 40 pesos towel 50 pesos. Located in residence area. But the room was clean wifi is very good. Common bathroom. No soaps, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. no outlet in room to charge gadgets.
