Hotel is very easy to find. Stone throw away from Robinson's and walkable from SM Cebu. Beside a 7-11. Spacious Rooms, staff informed me that TV cable doesn't work. Towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast buffet is a great deal. Great staff too. WIFI signal is strong,

However, there are small cockroaches and the water smells very rusty. A/C kinda noisy but tolerable.

Nonetheless, we had a comfortable stay.

Good for a quick stay + breakfast.

We spend one night at Pier Cuatro. Where can Instart? Room with no window, tiny, smelly and toilet with no fkush or better with such anlow water pressure that would not flush. Enjoy sharing this with your beloved one! 
Walls tiny, you can however enjoy entertainment from the room next door. 
Took 20min to wash our hair due to again low water pressure in the shower. 
Tv not working, it went on but remote control no working and not even manually I could find any channel to watch.
breakfast quite sad, eggs cooked in the microwave, bitter cucumbers and cold sausages. 
we were tired to search further and we thought for one bight how bad can it be? Well for 26€ you can find a tiny better options in this city from what I have read, we were just exhausted after 23 hours flight and we decided to accept the challenge, but there won't be a second time and I dont recommend you to try even a first time here.

Not worth a peso, not even for one night before the ferry

I picked this because it was close to the pier for my 5am ferry. But my room is very old. The beddings is old. No window. However, its clean(ish) i would not stay here again. Theres plenty of places for the same price with much modern rooms like the express inn osmeña. It even has a rooftop restaurant and pool. 

Old hotel

Great location-good value - we paid 250 pesos taxi from airport- close to ferry pier the rest of family walked 15 minutes-24 hour 711 store right next door walk across the street to a nice mall with everything- free breakfast was good- on sight restaurant reasonable price good food 2500 pesos for big meal 10 adults 2 kids with leftovers- on sight karaoke open for us lots of fun- first room smelled bad but moved us to a good room - staff is excellent- room ehh just ok (worn) if you’re ok with that it’s a great value and location- well below Marriott or Hilton quality room if that’s what you’re looking for-also not far from ocean park aquarium family day excellent-3 room for 2 nights was $225 us .nice stay for 2 days clean but no frills dated room 👍👍👍

Pros:
*located just in front of Robinson's Galleria and one block away from SM City Cebu, and just a 10-minute ride to Ayala Center sans traffic
*the staff were so accommodating and courteous
*menu at their restaurant is varied and tasty
*a variety of American and native breakfast every morning

Cons:
*the hotel is still fine but a bit old like there were chips on some tiles and cracks on the wooden walls
*some movements in the other room can be heard in our room
*no system on contacting their housekeeping unit supervisor.  (After checkout, we lost my daughter's wallet and we went back to the hotel to check if she left it at our room or she must have dropped it under the bed.  It took aus a lot of time to wait for the confirmation from the housekeeping if they have seen it upon checking during checkout.  My daughter has to go back inside the room to check it though it had already been made up.)

All in all, I would still recommend this hotel.  And we would surely stay back here again if our itinerary is just within its area.

Great Location; Recommendable Staff

We went there because we had to take a boat the next day, so it’s a really good option if you have to. The rooms are good, hot water. The breakfast is included, and if you need to go earlier they get it ready for you.

Nice people

The room is OK, for a 1 night sleep, no window,, very close to Robinson Galleria mall,,, and From Robinson u can ride a shuttle bus going to Sm seaside for 25 peso each,,,,,,, free breakfast, nice reception Area,, only when we pass the hallway going to our room it's very smelly from the leak of the toilet,, need to improve of this

Smelly hallway 

We tried to stay a day.. but decided to transfer the next day..
Staff are great.. lobby looks good... but the rooms, linen, towels, you may doubt there clean smells moldy...
While there is a hot and cold the cr needs a total scrubbing you can see mold everywhere..

The thing that upsets me the most was you can here your neighbouring rooms voices,there was this family shouting there arguments. even though we were in the 4th floor you can.. vehicles noise all around you..

also to note even though the capacity is for 4 persons.. the free guest is only 2..the next 3 and 4 guest they will charge you for extra person.. its a trend now in Cebu..

tip stay when theres no other place you can stay. 

Needs improvement. 

We’re currently staying here for a brief stay in Cebu. I booked the hotel just to try the place; it looks nice on the website. When we checked in yesterday, I was impressed with the lobby— it looks classy & elegant. However, when we were ushered into our rooms, I am not pleased with it at all! It totally fell from my expectations! The room was so small and the beddings, pillow cases, & towels are obviously worn out! They looked dirty but when I smelled them, they’re still smelling freshly washed, thanks God! The staff are accomodating ( as how they’re expected to be), the food is ok (breakfast buffet with the booking). I am not recommending the place to anyone and I am not booking with them again.

Not-So-Clean-Small-Room

My family and I went on a three-day stay in Cebu and stayed here. Drivers can easily locate the hotel.  Hotel staff immediately accommodate us. Paid 1600+ for three day and 2 nights stay with buffet breakfast.  We were family of five: three adults, a senior citizen and a one-year old toddler.  
Entering the lobby, on the right side is the buffet area. The room/hotel is old.  Old amenities.  Old tv, old bathroom, old bed.  Though it was clean.
