The room was not good, the pool was not clean, the restaurant was hopeless, they served cold food and the staff not very friendly. Staff members were always texting or doing something on their phones, not helpful at all.

Not the best

Prospective guests of Sunshine Shin: may I reccomend: If your teenagers want to throw down a liter of Tanduay and stay up all nite screaming there heads off and annoying small children trying to sleep, etc. THIS is the hotel for you!

If on the other hand, you have a nice family like I do and seek a quiet location and serenity and a deserved good nite's slumber....turn around 180 degrees from Sunshine Shin and floor the accelerator to another hotel like your life depended on it.

The worst ever! I have never experienced a staff so uttetly in disregard for the comfort of their guests. The teeny booper groups around us partied non- stop till from 7 pm till 7 am with no authority/no interfence from the hotel staff. I do not blame the kids...the braindead staff ignored the scene entirely.

The next morning after cancelling the next 2 days reservation, I asked the desk clerk what the house rules were on noise and disturbance; she said obliviously, " we require quiet after midnite ." Hah, the owner was nowhere to be found of course.

My wife and I ( and young son) have an early flight back to Luzon tomrrow and we are literally sick with sleep deprivation. We owe it all to Sunshine Shin! 

Sunshine Shin, we look forward to reading and applauding about your inevitable going out of business. In this social media age, hotels that demonstrate no respect for family guests are easily crushed by the competition.

Ps good luck with turning a profit catering exclusively to wild drunk teenagers !

Note- kids empty Rum bottle and 7 pairs of sandals...next door to us! Shame-shame.

Sleep Deprivation Blues Guaranteed

The Rooms are not maintained, hot Shower wasn't working in both Rooms we rent, TV Signal  very bad, Toilette flush wasn't working also, Bathroom Door couldn't get closed, The Lock of the entrance Door from the Room of my Friend was broken. The Restaurant is open until 0pm, but the Cook leave before 8pm, so we couldn't have our Dinner an we have to find outside something to eat. For our Breakfast we wait 50 minutes, even we are the only Guests. It's a nice Place, but it seems like nobody cares about. it's sad  :-(

Disapointet all the Way

Stayed her for a good week last may.
It is a very nice looking resort but the service could be beter.

The room was ok but old the furniture was beat up.
The room we where in had a extremely low bed what with my bed knees is not that easy.
Room did not get cleaned when we requested and the dishes we could just leave outside we where told. Stayed there all day or even till the next day.
 
The pool was nice but did get dirty after a weekend of lots of use by day geusts.

I was promised a discount because we stayed over a week but did not get the discount when we pay.

The promised wifi was working ok in the restaurant but not in the rooms. Not even with my outside antenna a use too fix this most of the times i could get a good connection.

Nice Hotel bad service

It was unexpected stay at the place with friends. They only got one pool with small Jacuzzi. The beach in-front was not that clean. Their havoc is what I love the most in the place. They do have a lot of Korean guests though, mostly are honeymooners and I was with a crazy group so I felt we invaded their sweet honeymoon. The place is quite, peaceful and affordable.
