Stayed at One Oasis for 11 days in June 2023 that was booked through Booking.com under the property name Alles Oasis. The entire property has several buildings, probably hundreds of units, so my review only reflects two units and may not represent the condition of all other units. Guard at pool area will require you to use the public shower to clean yourself before going in the pool, no food or drink allowed near pool, can't go to outdoor living room if you're wet, there is a picnic booth where you can eat / drink a little further away from the pool.

PROS:
Decent size TV, wifi, fridge in 1-408, spacious rooms, swimming pool and basketball court, several guards.  Location is walking distance to SM mall and convenience store, laundry facility, pharmacy, etc.

CONS:
Communication problem, we requested a higher floor well in advance but were given a ground floor unit 1-114 that's old and in poor condition. Beth got approval from Cathy to transfer us to a higher floor 1-408 (the nicer updated unit), Beth approved our transfer in the evening that created a check-in problem for a waiting renter. Generally there's lots of deferred maintenance. 1-114 is in need of total gutting for remodel, old appliances, cabinets falling apart, washing machine drain hose not attached, washing machine does not have a drying feature, air conditioner is out of order, stains on couch. Both units had ants, spider under pillow and bedframe in 1-114.  In 1-408, there were pests in every room, mostly small numbers of ants everywhere - on walls, couch, water dispenser, chairs, dining table, microwave oven, kitchen counter, washing machine, bathroom, floors, night stand, one roach on top of kitchen hood. Bathroom was horrible, the smell of sewer never went away despite window cracked open all day, moisture in bathroom takes more than 1/2 day to dry out, sink faucets loose in bathroom and kitchen (it takes one hand to hold the faucet and the other hand to turn the faucet on/off), the sink doesn't drain when the strainer is installed, filthy mop stored next to toilet, toilet seat is not attached well, bidet leaks, what looks like black mold on ceiling. The hot water in the shower depends on the flow rate, meaning if you set the water pressure with a slow flow it's nice and hot but the more you increase water pressure the efficiency of heated water is reduced so you get luke warm water at maximum pressure even though the water heater is set to max. The washing machine drain leaks, has air drying feature but leaves clothes damp. Several cabinet doors ajar. Front door handle/lock is loose, no deadbolt, key is difficult to operate. Picture on wall next to front door tilts and obstructs access to light switches. Some light bulbs don't work. Clock on wall not operational. Mirror hung too low. Plastic piece floating in water dispenser bottle, fridge portion of water dispenser not working. There's dirt behind and under beds and couch, dirt under chairs. No Iron, no hair dryer, you have to empty your own trash, you have to clean the towels that are provided, you have to provide your own detergent, shampoo, soap and trash bags, no hamper.

Apartment stay sounded appealing but discovered no services (trash accumulates, towels you clean).

Very convenient since it is just a walking distance to sm city davao. Guards are very well trained and disciplined. Room that we rented is not that great but fair enough for the stay. We havent got the chance to dip in the pool but i think it has a payment

One oasis davao

Been here 4 days only and my stay is 28days 
Aircon is good
Appartment a little small but can live with it.
Bathroom and shower dated needs some love faucets in bathrooms and kitchen leak
pots too big for stove top can't even boil water unless the pot is 4 inches in diameter 
On site says there is a gym when asked if I could use it was told by employe that I could not was a storage room. Was given the condo with no keys had to get a locksmith to change the lock the excuse was the previous renter lost the key had to ask to get lock changed!!!
As far as for the gym story not over stand by for episode #2 this will not pass if I don't get a reasonable answer as to why the gym is not available.
Obviously owner is more concerned about the money than the service. 
Rating right now 1 out one 5 and I'm being nice.

Avoid this place like the plague is the old saying. 

As it’s 2020 I think the saying is ‘avoid this place like the corona virus’

The place looks great but you can’t judge a book by its cover. 

It gets 1 star as 0 is not an option. 

What a Dump! 

The staff in the office are sleazy and will try to exploit you if they get the chance. Keep a close watch on all your items and the items inside the unit. They have a running scam with alleging false claims about items missing. The security staff are nearly brain dead and lie with the ease of opening their mouth.

Sleazy dishonest and unethical staff

This condo goes by different names on different sites, eg Apartelle D'Oasis, but calls itself One Oasis Davao on the outside wall. I got my room for €31/day, which is decent.

Very similar condo to ones in Manila, with same-sized bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, lounge is a bit wider, and same layout. Don't expect them to be too large.

Comfortable bed with 4 pillows (incl memory-foam). Sofa-bed also comfy, with extra cushions. Excellent AC (bit loud sometimes, but I've heard worse). TV with cable channels (unused). Plenty of hot water, enough toiletries for a few days, excellent bidet. Good fridge/freezer. Cooking area (unused). Wifi is only 2.4mBps, but consistent. Balcony for hanging clothes, with nice view of pool.

Lift is half-way down the corridor. Underground parking.

Large pool is open 06:00-21:00, 4ft all around, water is not cold, with gentle entry steps (if you have bad knees). Only a few sun-loungers (should be more - very popular some days). Open building adjacent to pool with tables and chairs, and small gym. Large basketball-court.

Security-guards are very friendly and helpful. :-) Despite the secure environment, they occasionally check your name + room if you use the pool (can outsiders get in that far? doubtful).

Location is a bit far from town centre, but being next to SM City Mall and 7-Eleven is a big advantage. Best route from airport (local knowledge from airport staff :-) ) is Diversion Rd, Ma-a Rd, Tulip Dr. (Diversion Rd is always busy.)

Good condo with nice pool and friendly security staff

Been here for a few weeks and signed an 8 month lease after being impressed with the area. Abundant security,  great pool, elevators, walking distance from an SM mall. It's perfect here. Taxis right outside the entrance. Only tenants allowed into the condo area, 24 hour security. 

Great condominium 

Spent one month here and will give you my insight for the positives and the negatives of this property .

Positives : 

More than plentiful security 
Beautiful pool and open area for relaxing 
With a Workout room 
Basketball Court
Well landscapes grounds 
Laundry pick up and re delivery 
Close walking distance to convenience store and SM Ecoland Mall.

Abundant availability for taxi service 

Cons :
units are very small and border on being claustrophobic in size 

Bathroom even smaller in size almost smaller than a small closet.  

Be sure you read all  the Ts & Cs of your contractual commitment before you book your room and I will leave it at that . 

Know ahead of time what your accepting to and agreeing to with your stay here at the property. 

Recommendation is I would not stay here again nor recommend this property . The accommodations are just too small for a long or extended stay .

. The condo that I stayed is privately owned as I believe most are leased out through the owners or a management group . Personal opinion only . If you like small quarters this property is perfect for you. 



Month Long stay 

We enjoyed our stay here. Our relatives from Davao were able to visit us. The 2bedroom unit is spacious and complete of the essential things needed and it feels like home. It's clean and very convenient to shop, restaurants, just a stone throw away from SM mall and to other places to visit in Davao.My son enjoyed the pool and the playground. I would give it  a 5 star but there was an issue with one of the bedroom's aircon and since it's Sunday I think it's hard to call for repair service and it was not functioning the whole 5 days we were there however Christine is quick to respond with the issue and brought an electric fan and also let us use the spare unit they have at night for sleeping since it's hot. Overall we really like the place and definitely will come back for our next vacation. Thank you Christine and Jojo for making our stay comfortable and  fun!
