The location of the Hotel is excellent. Fast foods, 7/11, banks, malls, immigration is all in walking distance.
The room was normal size, clean, warm water in that particular bathroom, water pressure was great. Bedding was comfortable, pillows were hard. Flat screen TV, Sky cable channels which isn't too good. Service was great. Room air conditioner worked great too.
The free breakfast buffet is good if you are Muslim or from India etc. Boiled eggs, dried fish, rice. Bread, coffee and water and little fruit. No pork or beef. No other choices unless you go to restaurants outside.
We would not go back because of the food choices. Definitely not good for American tourism.

Hotel good, food not so.

El Bajada's facility is one-star by American standards, but it's clean and generally well run. The bathrooms are too small, and there was neither table nor desk in the room. The pillows were hard. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. The WiFi was inconsistent. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good; you separately order your eggs from the kitchen. I left my laptop behind the desk when I went out. They only take cash.

One star by American standards, but at least a well run one

1st time to stay at el bajada. facility are quiet old to look. the room wes too small. but the staff were great and cheaper room rates and walking distance to victoria mall. over all I can rate them as average.

Poor customer service especially those who assigned in the front desk. They should have a pleasant appearances and attitude. Unfortunately, they're not practicing that. Only the waiters and bellboy were very accommodating to our guests.

Elevator and comfort rooms smelt bad. For greater accommodations, please attend training related to customer service. Just a piece of advice.

Strategic Planning

Good location, lots of shops around..basement parking also a few parking slots in front of the hotel. Courteous and accommodating front desk staff. Spacious room and bathroom. I was told by a friend who stayed there before about the bed and indeed beds are not good - bumpy, a bit hard and uncomfortable. Durian smell all over the hallway.  Buffet style breakfast, better to eat early, they don't refill the food tray right away.

Uncomfortable bed!

I like the room, w/ very large spaces & bright enough to do my work even inside the room.  We asked for additional tables and chairs and they gave it immediately.  We felt warm in the room and they provided an option to immediately transfer to a better room.  The service is quite good. Rooms are very clean.  Good enough for me.

Improvements needed:  We had the corner room and the aircon is not cool enough.  Needs some fixing.  Also, the hanger or hook for clothes in the comfort room was broken.  My bed is moving.  Maybe because the floor is very smooth.  Maintenance should check it for fixing.  But all these are minor issues.
