Nice staff. Very quiet, big room and bathroom, not new but confortable. Hot shower. Is a bit far from the center but we had motorbike, so it was perfect. Good value for money. Has the beach in front. Wifi sometimes didn't work. Would come back

Nice stay

Quiet location in General Luna. Property is hard to find. Staff is friendly. Room is in dire need of renovation. It was in such a bad shape, mosquito net is provided but we couldn’t utilize it because it wreaked of a bad odour. Walls are covered with dirt and dents. Water pressure is minimal and hot water inconsistent. Overpriced and would not stay here again or recommend to anyone, not even my enemies.

One of the worst stays

The people I found watching this place we're super nice. But that's about the only thing worth staying here for. The building is very old. Bathrooms for the cheaper rooms are common and not clean. Sheets are old, small and thin. Repairs seem to be on going especially upstairs. Dusty everywhere. My door knob is busted. In house food is decent but too expensive. There are waaaaay better and cheaper places to stay at in GL.

Delapitated.

Went there for one night at my arrival in siargao. 
Was confident as they was very good reports on that place... Unfortunately it's a very old Nipa house.. rooms are really old and smelly.. it's quite isolate outside town and really not easy to find.. 
Top of that its absolutely over priced (1500 P ac room with really old ac very noisy) you can get much better and cheaper and more convenient in general Luna.. I'm don't recommend that place. 

Really not as good as expected... really... 

I had an incredible time here. The room was nice and big and the location is tranquil but not far away from the action in General Luna and Cloud 9. Angie, Jenny and Bond the dog were amazing hosts. They really made us feel at home and were a lot of fun to hang out with! So much love for this place.
