Located near Iloilo Airport (perfect location),the Apartment is very clean and provides you great hospitality. The Apartment owner Tita Shirley was very helpful and extremely friendly and she will guide you throughout your stay, she deserves a special thanks. The staffs were very helpful too (appreciawte this). We had an awesone night here, which obviously also added up to the experience. They also have a terrace to sit out when you're going to smoke or kung gusto niong mag muni muni.
Overall experience was GREAT (I Mean It) . I'll recommend this to every couple, families at sa mag babarkada. Hinding hindi kayo mag sisisi. And for me, I will stay here anytime i visit Iloilo Promise 😊

Very Clean Place and Friendly Owner (Tita Shirley)

I stayed here overnight for the Dinagyang Festival yesterday. I chose this since it was near the airport. I had a hard time looking for the place. The Sta. Barbara jeep dropped me of Railway St. on the other side of the Market. The Driver though was very helpful and pointed me to the right direction. The locals know the place so it was nice. I guess it would have helped had I knew their mobile number.
I like the place since it was clean and homey and the Owner, Ms. Shirley was very accomodating. I asked if it will be ok for me to give out her number and she said yes. Please find the number in 1 of the pix.
So commuting from Sinoben to SM City, walk to the corner St along the market and wait for the jeep. The jeep will take you to Ungkan terminal. Fare is 14php. From there ride a jeep for SM City, fare is 10php, I think. I use SM City as my point of reference. Do not hesitate to ask the locals as they are very helpful.

Very clean

The owner was very accommodating. Mam shirley assisted me in getting a vehicle going to the airport very early in the morning. Place was so clean and quiet. Good for backpackers, solo travelers and family.

Nice stay

These apartments are just 5km from Iloilo airport, the no-traffic journey time is about 10 minutes.

They are kept extremely clean, almost like a hospital. The cleaning is done on a daily basis. Despite being shared toilets and showers they are also kept especially clean (this is something we all look for when travelling). The toilet and shower are separate which is great.  

There is a small fridge downstairs with drinks and munchies left on the counter. You use what you want and write it down in the small notebook. These will be added to your final bill. 

On the roof is a very nice covered terrace with tables and chairs offering nice views of the surroundings. Its really nice to spend the evenings up there and also you can eat up there.

All rooms have aircon and cable/satellite tv. 

There was no kettle when I was staying there so making a cup of tea or a coffee is reliant upon a large flask filled with very hot water. This is left on the kitchen counter. 

The host Shirely is extremely hospitable and is a great source of advice on where to go and what to see. She also has her own SUV in which she can give small tours and even pick up-drop off at the airport.

The town of Santa Barbara is just a 15-20 min walk away or you can jump on a trike and be there in 5mins. Plenty of grocery stores in town and theres a handy store called iMart that is 24hrs (kinda like a 7-11). As always everyone is friendly and bubbly.

The next closest town is Pavia which lies about 6km away and takes 10 mins (no-traffic). Its a nice town with some tourist sites and great pizza at a small place near the plaza there. 

Be aware you will be some distance from Iloilo city (30 minutes no-traffic drive time) but there are plenty of Jeepneys you can catch from near the Total Gas Station. A cab will cost you about PHP 300-350. I highly recommend Light of Glory taxis. Clean cabs, polite drivers and safe. 

I highly recommend Sinoben, I had a most enjoyable stay. I hope you enjoy yours too. Happy travelling :)

Extremely clean, very welcoming host. Feels like a home.

In our 7 weeks trip across the visayas we never had such a nice stay. 
It was a pity that we were there for 1 night only. 
We arrived in the late afternoon and the owner shirley treated us like her family since she invited us to the birthday party of her niece where we ate great typical filipino food together with all the family members. We could just feel like at home, by the way we were the only guests. Beside 2 bottles of water we didnt had to pay for the food. Our room with aircon and tv was very clean just like the common bathroom. 
Thank you shirley for our short but incredible stay at your apartment. We will definitely come back on our next stop in Iloilo.
