First night, they forgot to turn on the water in my shower. Called front desk and maintenance came to turn it on. Time to use it, the water heater is broken. Took a cold shower. Called front desk again the next day. Promised they will fix it. Came back to my room in the evening and still no one fixed the leaking, no hot water shower. I complained again and maintenance told them it’s broken. Front desk asked me to move to a different room and come back in 2 days. I said no because it’s a hassle going back and forth with my luggage. It took them an hr to fixed it. I thought my nightmare was over. The shower heater worked for a day. Called front desk again and after 45 mins still no one came. Called again and all they can say “I’m sorry ma’am. I will ask maintenance.”Mind me it’s 11pm already. An hr after still no one came. Don’t waste your money in this place. Go somewhere else.

Run down. Poor customer service!

You still get a smart salute from the front guard as you enter. It is always a nice time staying here to visit the family in Orong. The kids come down and swim in the pool (for a small fee), eat a delicious breakfast with us and witness the multiple weddings and  celebrations. The staff are always polite and professional. Take advantage of the great room service menu offered. It satisfied my craving for a Club Sandwich with Coca Cola. Yum-ummm.  

Still get smart salute !

Pos: Have pools, friendly staff, near city but quiet, safe place, many food choices. Neg: Not so good cleaning of the rooms, spaces around doors and aircon so that mosquitos come in at night, but not a big problem. Need better cleaning of the water in the pools.

Best hotel in Kabankalan

The room was clean. Hot water for tea was available for room service at night. There is no activity past 10 pm. Airconditioning was available. Staff were friendly. The hotel was solid made of cement and modern design. Big property in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental. Parking is free. A separate building is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with extra fee. There is one  free breakfast per room per day.

No elevators. Just a stairwell.

Family trip and vacation trip- we stayed three nights at Zaycoland- clean and comfortable rooms for the area.  
Children had a blast at the large double swimming pool.
Restaurant on the premises that also offers room service.


Family visit / Vacation

Room was comfortable and if you stay at the side facing out of the resort you get a serene view of fields and the mountains. Food was good, especially the pizza. Staff were friendly and helpful. 

It was a staycation for us so I didn't really get to go around the place but there's a pool that's big and looks clean.

My daughter had a medical emergency while we were staying here so it was a plus that there was a private hospital right beside the resort. 

Comfortable Staycation

My friends and I stayed here last November to attend a wedding. The whole place was nice and our room was clean.

The serving time of their breakfast is quite long though. I recommend to order them in advance.

Cozy Rooms

we spent our new year countdown in this place coz we want to spend it quietly and away from
smoke of firecrackers. the place is very nice,staff were accommodating and always greets you all the time. room is spacious yet the aircon in our room is not that cold but its quite okey. i love the landscape of the place! its truly relaxing!

nice place

Really nice safe place, comfortable room every thing works good. Had a few small ants to share room with but not many. Food is good and reasonable. 
My only complaint is the wifi which never works in room, only place to surf is hotel lobby
