- 2 hour drive from Alabang
- Spacious and very clean rooms 
- Great for big family
- Beachfront (Snorkling was fun too!)
- Big servings of food
- Nice staff and the owner is very accommodating too
- Nice view of the Sunset 
- Lots of Instagrammable spaces too 

We stayed Sun-Mon and it looks like we rented the entire resort/place. 

We hope to come back again soon!

Very unpleasant stay here. Don’t get lured with this resort, customer service and courtesy is their LEAST priority. Ordered breakfast upon arrival and the owner asked us to pay for the food right away. Btw, the food is the worst... 🤢

Worst resort in mabini

Poor customer relationship skills in the following aspects: 1. Expensive but poor food quality and selection, 2. Unclear check in and check out rules and procedures, 3. Unprofessional and uncourteous to talk to, 4. Limited staff, 5. Noisy place.

Unpleasant Stay

Pros
Nice view from beach front cottage.
A pool nearby the cottages.
Small beach resort which has a big chance of having only few guest if your family wants privacy.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Foods are good but don't go for "Ala Carte" 'coz ur like dining in a food chain ( other serving method can be requested).

Cons
Cottage rent is a bit pricey though value for the buck.
Limited pay parking space.
Boat rent is expensive thru in-house (cheaper from outside source)


A great place to spend quality time with the family

We had the whole resort for our company and we enjoyed our stay there. I certainly love our room which was facing the view of Marikaban Island. There's an infinity pool and a small beach front. Good place to enjoy diving. Great serving of food and super friendly staff and dogs. 

Rented the resort for our company

The place is perfectly situated in Mabini Batangas where you can capture great sunset pictures by the pool. I'd say the price is a bit high given that you'd only get a spacious CR. Bed is not that good including the pillows and blanket. Food menu is limited but we appreciate that the staff cooked and prepared the food at the terrace of our room. You can go to the beach but shores in Mabini is rocky, in any resorts. If you are looking for some quiet relaxation, this is the place to be,

Oasis in Mabini Batangas! Service needs improvement

Our overnight trip felt like we were visiting our own private beach house in Mabini. This was the vibe that we got from Vista Aplaya. We are a family of 4 (two kids under 7) who went to this place on a whim. What we loved, Clean comfortable rooms and facility, awesome views from our front porch. 

It’s located in a remote part of Mabini. Roads zig zag up and down the mountains. Worth the trip! 

Bring your own snorkeling gear but I think you can rent them there as well. 

Amazing grounds, spectacular view

What a brilliant place, very very clean and tidy ,well kept the staff and owner's very good food home cooked and tasty  and very peaceful and relaxing ,recommend the vista aplaya a great place to unwind we had the 5 cottage,very clean and comfortable shower lovely and hot
