One of the worst place that I ever been.

Yes, it was inexpensive but it was a terrible place. Nothing worked as the hotel - 34 stories tall - was under renovation. Only 1 elevator worked and the TV didn't work. Everything was extra - extra pillow as 20 pesos, towel 20 or 30 pesos, bed sheet, blanket, etc. EVERYTHING was extra and it was in a "red light district" so the charge was cheap. I wanted a room near the airport so it was about 20 minutes away and there were better places near by. Big mistake On my part and I forgot my rules: never stay at a place that rents rooms by the hour or a place that uses plastic bed sheets". BUT then you never know. No pictures on the wall and nothing that can make your stay pleasant. The staff, however, were excellent and I felt sorry for them. The street location - well - 2 B-girls were fighting over their John and not doubt would be staying at the hotel. The street was lined with bars, night clubs and all of the excitement. Restaurants had many water pipes for smoking and area was filled with Australians no doubt on their sex vacations which the Philippines and Thailand are now known for. It was an experience.

Don't let a picture deceive you

Booked there so when can watch the Christmas Light presentation in Ayala Triangle and also to walk around Makati at night. The building is obviously old, same with the unit where we saw baby roaches but space-wise and affordability - it's okay. The unit has microwave, personal ref, good airconditioning and a balcony for smoking. The cons: swimming pool is not inviting and also if you're in a hurry you have to be patient to use the elevator. Wifi is available.

Love the place and location. Average room and nothing special since you paid on a affordable price.

One thing is the old elevator that needs a renovation immediately.

Parking is the only problem you need to do since you are at the heart of makati area

Average but worth it

Room is okay especially if you're gonna crash a place to sleep for the night. I love a room with a balcony and they did give me a room with a balcony. Kinda old. Balcony is dirty, but for me its okay since I will be just staying for a night. Sheets are kinda dirty. The receptionist must let the housekeeping check the room first before letting the guest check-in. Please have the room checked before the check-in time.

buy your own wifi to avoid the fact this place aint gone none, the place don't have cookers in the room anymore so either smuggle one in or eat out everyday. also there are quite a few rules that should be mentioned. make sure the room amenities including bed sheet are left in clean condition or you get a stinger and also visitors after 8pm will cost you an extra 700 php.

if you remember all of those things the place isn't too bad and is the best value for money in the area.

can be good value if you do your homework first

My daughter and I have 3 nights in this hotel and she got allergy for dirty bed sheets with spotting and dusty. I do really believe that they do shalfag... It means they did not change the Linens and not cleaning well. 
The place and view is OK... But very disappointing most of the towels that they give  have spotting.
Im sorry just I give honest experience. And  I'm not always do a reviews even still I have remaining 1 day to stay in the hotel I do early check out to transfer in another hotel. And the 3 nights already paid...

Very bad Experience 

Everything in this establishment is to be purchased like for example Extra towel, the wifi , blankets. I will never recommend this Inn. And also it is not clean, fridge is in no good condition.. waste of money. 

Not good service 

a good place ,rooms are good ,nice view, helpful staff, front desk too, near to several restaurants ,they provide some kitchen things you can you ,refrigrator  too, tv ,good for long stay ,enjoyed time their ,romantic days
