For the money, great place to stay. Friendly staff and walking distance to shops, cafes and markets. Only cold showers but if you shower before putting air con on all is good. 
Rooms up the front have a view of the street but are a little noisy.

Had a great stay.

It is situated at the heart of Naval. Can be easily located because it is situated along the road of P. Naval. From the terminal you could ride a pedicab which only costs P5 per ride!
GV hotel is a 4-floor building, with free wifi at the lobby. You could accept guests and entertain them only at the lobby area.
The room is clean, but the television reception is not that good. No hot and cold shower and they do not have lift, so you have to use the stairs. Overall the experience was good. Paid 550 for the standard single room. Good i checked the hotel price before I could book online (because it is more cheaper than the online rate) Room is equipped with an electronic key card which will require you to pay a refundable deposit of P200 upon check out.

Clean and good

The hotel is a great value, very quiet, friendly staff, cold Airconditioner and close to the good stuff but not so close that you have to hear honking all night. Eat at goldilocks and the bbq place next to the port both have great food and friendly staff. I included pictures of lolettes salon it is wonderful I had the diamond peel facial, and a foot scrub both were excellent and a good value.

Charming place naval biliran 

One night in GV Hotel,it's all you need. It is located at Padre Inocentes St. Naval,Biliran. It is only 5 minute from the port and also near the small mall. We choose a room with two beds, no hot shower,no aircon for Ph500.00/day. free wifi in the room,clean bath room but no restaurant. The staff behind the counter do not speak tagalog and we keep asking her to give us a nicer bed sheets since the sheets are so thin and old and even the towels are  the same and even had slit.She keep telling us it is all that they have and no new sheets and towels but when she come back, she brought us new washed sheets and towels that  make us all happy. doors are not safe,so do not leave your important belongings inside the room. Above the rooms are open,so expect mosquitoes to bugged you while your sleeping. Plus while we were sleeping, we woke up with a loud noise of welding machine.I met a man on the hallway and I asked him to advise whoever is doing a welding job to please stop bec we realy need to sleep and he just answered me that it wont take very long. But it took 3 hrs so the rest of the night was just horrible..
If you have other options than staying in Gv Hotel, do so.

Hotel in town in naval, 5 minutes from ferry boat in the main st  .
 Room ok clean toilet clean 
Price was 650 php 
No Restaurant in the hotel ,
We asked the staff for no smoking room and I was very happy with the room  ,no hot water on this  room but for 650 php you have air con I think is very good  ,and I have very good sleep I will return In gv hotel if I have to sleep in naval and then the staff is very helpful in arrival and departure. For foreigner who will go to naval we recommend food and shopping at Jelo's restaurant and it's 5min walking distance from the hotel.
