Hotel located at the heart of Olongapo. Very convenience if you are planning to visit subic as well as olongapo because it is just a walking distance going to subic. Near all the malls such as SM and Harbor point were you can find leisure. The place is also in the street where you can have chill and drink a bottle of beer. 

They have room of choices and good thing that they are not yet fully booked since there is an event in the Subic. It is a cheap hotel but a good place to stay. Free breakfast and the most important for me hot and cold shower. Hehehe. I'm not satisfied with breakfast but nothing to complain since it is just a complimentary. Compare to other hotel which does not offer meals. They have buffet on dinner for only 179.00 pesos. The room range from 800-1500 pesos depends on what kind. 

A place to stay and save.

I checked-in to a standard room because there was no available deluxe room. Price was great but room was not totally impressive. Good for business purposes they provide good and quality service for first timers. Thumbs up with the front liner team that night.

Impressed but not totally impressed.

If I need to go to SBMA-ZAMBALES, I usually stay here because its one of of the most cheapest hotel in Olongapo and is very accessible. Price range from 800-1000 only.  The room is clean however, its like I'm admitted in a hospital since its just a basic room. But the food in their restaurant is delicious (for Php 179/buffet/person)

Just okay

We spent the day in Olongapo City visiting family and seeing the sites. The family decided to eat at a place that offered eat all you can for P295 each we were 12 that day. Being a foreigner one thing we demand is a clean restaurant and clean restrooms when we eat. This place the men's bathrooms were disgusting. All the toilets were broken except one urinal. There was no soap to wash with and the faucets were not even attached to the sinks let alone no hot water. If a customer can not wash properly how can the employees working in the restaurant. Where are the food inspectors and this place is attached to the Jade hotel too. Very bad experience.

2019 Bad Restaurant Visit

I only stayed for one night in June because of a few responsibilities at work that I needed to deal with at the time. I could disregard the fact that the washroom wasn't exactly clean and there were insects crawling here and there, mainly because I chose the cheapest accommodation they had. The floor was dusty, as well as other areas in the room. 

What made it worse was that there was no electricity from 3:00AM up until past 10 in the morning. They weren't able to get the generator running because the operator could not be immediately contacted and that he lived very far from the hotel. IT was very inconvenient to say the least. 

I was hoping they would slash a few hundred bucks from the total bill since it was already a hassle sleeping in a room with no A/C or fan but no. There was no other kind of compromise extended to me. 

At least there was free breakfast included. Wi-Fi would have been useful but since there was no electricity, also a non-factor. 

I wouldn't recommend Jade Hotel and Restaurant to anyone really.

If you have no other choice.

We cannot recommend Jade Hotel & Restaurant in Olongapo City for internationals and especially senior citizens.  We asked for a deluxe room but it was the worse such room we have experienced in all the resorts and hotels and bed and breakfasts in which we have stayed in our travels in the Philippines.  Place needs to be renovated and updated with much improved accommodations and service and more. After one night of very poor experience we transferred to another wonderful and inexpensive in the area. No elevator, small crowded room, hot water did not work, toilet was without toilet seat (but did installed one upon our insistence), toilet needed to have a pail of water used to have it flush properly, we could not get internet connection through their Wi-Fi system, and more. We did not feel the room was clean nor well maintained.  The staff did assist us with our luggage from the entrance to the room and they did provide us with a refund of our prepaid second day.
