We really expected something with this hotel because of the photos from the web & its website. Personally, I really assumed a not so big hotel but not too small with what we paid for our stay. It was small but it has an elevator, some people have issues with elevators. The location was great but at first difficult to find. The restaurant is sea view. Very near a convenience store and restaurants outside. Plated breakfast servings are huge. I really enjoyed the breakfast, you can choose American or Filipino breakfast. On top of that, they will serve you soup & fruits. Other hotels that serve plated breakfast will give you only American or Filipino breakfast with the usual "silogs", coffee and that's it. Rooms were just fine with complete toiletries but the price was too much for a deluxe room. I am not comfortable with the design of the bath tub though. Staff were nice. Wifi was good.

Price Quite High to Our Expectations

Overpriced small hotel with a great pool but that's about it not very clean with unchanged bed sheets and bathroom floor towels breakfast was OK especially the beef tapa Good place for a wedding but all in all boring place but with good front office service Way way overpriced this hotel is not worth morae than P1500 all in max per night

Overpriced small hotel

The quality of the hotel went down since the last time we stayed there. The pillows were hard. The water was either ice cold or boiling hot. The breakfast was not great.  Definitely the last time we’re staying here. The staff is pretty nice though. It’s out of their control but the music from nearby bars goes until the early morning and it’s hard to sleep. It’s a good location if you have no other options.

No longer worth the price.

The hotel itself offers nice amenities and enjoyable rooms, but its service is a disaster. You cannot be named "Terrace hotel" when you need more than 20min to serve a fruit juice on your terrace when barely having any guests and 3 staff members to take care of them. The wedding reception was also a shame with very poor quality food and guests being served with dessert while they are still eating the starter with the main already getting cold on the table. Running an establishment requires some discipline and understanding from its staff but there seems they just have none there. Very disappointing. 

Disastrous service in a ok hotel

1. no wifi, we had to request for router
2. no hot water, had to request again
3. ac was very noisy and not cold, so we complained and they tried to fix it while we were inside the room, we were supposed to be resting, thats the reason why we were here in the first place, but so many things that we had to have fixed that we were not able to relax at all!
4. you would think that with their asking price they have quality hotel amenities, service, etc. 
5. did i mention already that the rooms arent very clean.

such a waste of time and money!

THIS HOTEL SUCKS BIG TIME

They will charge guest with snack delight that was never there! They will Charge you of door hangers as if you broke them but we did not. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Never ever make a mistake to book here!

Scum hotel should be the name of this establishment!

3 stars are 2 stars to many.
An old hotel which requires urgent renovation.
Staff not attentive and poorly trained.
During the whole stay the WiFi in the room was NOT working, only the lobby and the so called "restaurant" had limited and very slow access.
We requested a second blanket, unfortunately they ask for 3,-USD per night, this is a absolutely NoGo.
Rooms are cold, no decoration, you get the feeling you are in a hospital, but at least clean.
When it comes to the included breakfast we had a choice between English, American and Filipino style with instant coffee and OLD fruit platter.
The tables weren't clean, the food from the previous customer are still on, because the stuff is more interested in listening very loud music and chatting instead of doing their job.
The food was cold on every single day, complaints at the frontdesk were ignored.
The rooftop bar has very friendly stuff, but extraordinary high prices for food and drinks compare to the restaurants and bar nearby.
All in all a low class filipino hotel with 5 start room rates👎👎👎👎👎



Never again

The Hotel is too old, everything inside the hotel room are old, the breakfast is disgusting. What i paid for the hotel whicn is 4,900 something for a deluxe room that ia too small and old. Its NOT WORTH IT.
