The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the main square. Room were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Two things to improve, seriously:
- change the engine of the water cooler of the restaurant you can hear from the room
- if I pay 150 USD per night and average monthly elecricity bill in cuba is 6USD, how can the management even think to close the enine of the water pump an let the guests without water and unable to flush the toilette between 11pm and 5am unless you complain? are we joking?

Thanks to the nice waitress who prepared me good espresso and hot water when I needed to take some paracetamol medicine.

Central Location, good room but a couple of avoidable problems

The reason why we got this place was that it was near the venue of our convention which was at the Coliseum. We really did not expect that they offered good services because we haven't heard much of them on the internet. 

We were picked up at the airport for free and a standard room only costed at about P1,200, good for 2, air-conditioned with TV. Extra pax cost at around P400 per pax. This already includes breakfast at their choice.

The owners were also very much accommodating and they catered the needs of their customers reasonably. The place also has wifi and it is just a few steps away from the highway and the convenience store.

Going back? Yes definitely.

Affordable and pleasant stay in Puerto Princesa 

The stay was comfortable just make sure to request for room with hot and cold shower.
Staffs were friendly, they can assist you for tour activities but you can save more if you do it yourself outside. Lots of agencies to choice to.
Do all transaction online to save money. More discounts.


Its kinda ok

Regidor B&B is a budget-friendly place for families who wish to stay in Puerto Princesa. The place is only 10 minutes away from the airport. It offers basic necessities (e.g. towel and soap) and serene environment. They The cleanliness, well maintained environment, delicious breakfast with coffee and staffs' warm, friendly smiles made us feel very at home. They also offer quality tours with highly qualified tour guides. If friends would ask me where to stay in Puerto Princesa, I would definitely recommend Regidor Bed and Breakfast to them.

Highly Recommended

Regidor B&B:
- Location is good as it's very near Puregold Supermarket, a convenience store, sari-sari store even, spa (Nuat Thai?) and other small local restos. It's also a stone's throw away from the main road where one can easily get a tricycle.
- Rooms are clean and fairly new
- No issues with the aircon, bed, etc
- I just had an issue with the toilet not working properly
- Drinking water (hot/cold) is available at the dining area at all times
- All the staff were very nice and will accommodate almost any request (they even set up a table and some chairs for us near the rooms where our group gathered for a coffee ; ) 

Package Tour
-Our group (of 12) got a package tour from Pinky Cantor, Regidor's front desk officer slash tour coordinator :)  
- Package tour was very affordable
- The tours included a half day city tour, firefly watching, Underground river tour, and honda bay tour. 
- I had an easy time coordinating with PInky.  She's very good at what she does, very accommodating and fast in replying to our concerns and question (via mobile phone and email).
