Hotel is in close proximity to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Eliminates the need to figure out transportation as it's all close. Front desk staff was super nice and very helpful with answering all our questions which made our visit great. Both Joanne (or Joanna) and Rose really made us feel so welcome and always asked how our excursions went and how we were enjoying our visit to El Nido.

Very ugly and old. Employees were incompetent.. my passport was brought there, but they never informed me. Started sweeping the floor at 3:30am... 
Breakfast was disgusting and not even free drinking water. Pancakes and Bananas was the only thing you can eat. 
Location is good though.

I stayed at Bills for 5 nights 28/10-1/11/19 in  room 4C. It was good except there is a clever thief working there. My safe had been tampered with & wouldn’t work. It was repaired on site. Upon inspecting my wallet, Aus $100 was missing. The thief was smart & ONLY took 1 note thinking it would not be missed. I’m sure this has happened before as they take only a small amount not all, so it’s possibly to easily miss. The hotel has a policy of no responsibility & the receptionist, very aggressive, accused me of breaking the safe & tried to charge me for the repair. I would have involved the police but had a plane to catch within 3 hrs. I contacted the owner with no response. Also note for a hotel/Inn the rooms don’t have a fridge & the aircon is adequate but not strong. 

Be Careful of Thief

The lady, miss cherry, working there was very accomodating from the very beginning till the end. The hotel is located near the municipal hall and Atms and only a walking distance to the sea shore where the tours starts. Breakfasts are amazing and the room is spacious enough. The only problem is the water coming out of the faucet and shower. It stinks.

Beware, if you’re planning to stay in Bill Tourist Inn —this Hotel isn’t safe or secure! Missing items from our ROOM and Poor response by the staff! My 2 rings were stolen from our room (4C) while we are on our tour, which I reported to the hotel front desk immediately. (They would tell you and show you their doing something bout the case, but NO! Don’t believe and trust them) This case wasn’t the first time in their property, check out their Trip Advisory review. Even the people from stores/properties near to this hotel warned us to be more extra CAREFUL.
I wrote a review in their FB page for those who are planning to stay at the Hotel, but it was removed.

The Hotel owner and staffs are dealing with the reporting of poorly at best! Disgraceful. I will never stay in your hotel again and will certainly advise anyone else to avoid it.

Worst! BEWARE!!

Recently stayed here with my husband. We knew we did not want to spend too much as we would be exploring the island most of the time.
You get what you pay for. A clean bed, facilities below average however the customer service was a plus.

Great Service

This hotel really could be of a high quality - the rooms are quite big, queen sized bed which is comfortable and the exterior looks nice and clean compared to the surrounding areas. These are really the only positives. 

I stayed here for 4 nights from 16-20th Jan. My experience was absolutely awful. There was a blood stain on the sheets about 3/4 of the way down the bed which was disgusting - replace the sheet!!! No one cleaned our room in the whole 4 days which to be honest doesn’t bother me as much, but we weren’t provided with replacement toilet rolls which meant we had to walk down to reception to get one then carry it back up to our rooms, past everyone eating their breakfast. We also didn’t get fresh towels AT ALL. We tried to make use of the one we had as much as possible to save on the laundry but by the third day we had to ask for new ones. We asked as we left the building to go on a day trip, and by the time we got back 8 hours later they hadn’t even been put in our room. 

We had free breakfast here but only ate it once - obviously expectations weren’t too high but it was awful. The food was edible but there were see through trays over all the food to keep flies out but all the flies were actually trapped inside!! Disgusting!

We were in room 2C which is right next to the stairs. I didn’t sleep past 6am at all due to the noise, it’s as if the walls are made of paper but I think this would be the same whichever room you were in as they are all facing the street. If you’re a light sleeper you will have great difficulty. Engines were revving from the early hours and then people walking up and down the stairs in flip flops was enough to wake me up every siingle time as it sounds SO loud on the wood floor. It would be much better if staff asked people to take their shoes off at the door as they do in most other places here. 

The aircon only really has two settings - off, or absolutely freezing. You either wake up boiling hot or shivering at various points during the night depending on whether you put it on before bed.

To top it off, we had no hot water for our entire stay. Staff were notified twice on day 1 and 2 and came up to fix it. They both left saying it was fixed but it wasn’t. We had to have cold showers for 4 days. This definitely isn’t a common problem in El Nido as everyone else we spoke to had boiling hot water in other hotels.

No WiFi in the rooms either, only in the hotel lobby - this is not a criticism as I know it happens most places but it’s something to bare in mind

Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures!!! This is completely overpriced and probably one of the most disappointing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I actually cancelled a hotel to rebook this one at the last minute and paid about 1/3 extra, big mistake! 

Disappointing 

I visited this hotel with a friend. The very first day we arrived we decided to leave our money inside the safety box which works with a specific key that only the reception can provide you with (no digital lock keypad available). We left the hotel in the afternoon and came back late at night. As we entered our room the lights were on but we were 100% sure we had turned them off before leaving. That made us think that someone might have entered our room. We checked the safety box only to realize that part of our money got stolen. When we confronted the reception we were informed that they do have copies of the safety box keys, and anyone from the hotel staff could have had access to where they were kept. No cctv was on our floor so no way to prove what had just happened to us. Needless to say we never had our money back. My advice is to avoid this hotel or at least don’t use their safety box!
