This was the perfect break from our visit to Manila. The sunset view from the deluxe villa was breathtaking. And having two large king beds and two large bathrooms was fantastic. The hot water was available, but definitely doesn’t last long (although I think hot water is a luxury in el Nido). There is air con so make sure you turn it on because it will be off when you get there to save them electricity. There is only one thin sheet so both my friend and I had to use pool towels because it got kinda cold at night. The payment system online is new and I had to PayPal the person that reached out to me, but everything was perfectly accounted for and communication was great through emails. They have a small check in counter and can hold your bags if you have a Tour booked on the day you arrive. The included breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and kind. There is WiFi the password is on the router in an upper corner of the shared pool area. Wifi is also rare in el Nido so this is a major plus. The hill hike plus the stairs to the deluxe villa can get a little tiring so make sure you don’t have a disability or are severely out of shape, but it’s manageable for any other group of people. It is a little bit further south of the town of el Nido, so it’s about a 100 peso per person trike ride into town if you want restaurants or the only bar to go to at night, but you can flag down a trike at any time if you’re waiting at the bottom of the hill, they come by all the time.

Relaxation in paradise

Stunning view and sunset!
Big and clean room, nice, private and relaxing pool. Helpful staff to book tours, do laundry, and provide breakfast. Dinner room service is from Bella Vita, a nearby Italian restaurant with great pasta. If we return to El Nido we will stay here without looking elsewhere. Thanks for a great honeymoon stay!!

Amazing view

This resort has the best location of El Nido. My pool villa was completely hidden, no neighbourg with an amazing view over Coron Coron beach. Access is super easy, only 5 min walking from the main road. Had a wonderfull quality time with my girl friend. This is a must go for honey mooners.

Best view of El Nido

On last April 30th 2019,we arrived to this resort with a 5 nights reservation from a wonderful 9 days stay at one Island in Tay Tay bay.When we entered into our room,a named pool villa,which by the way is not a pool villa since there is no pool but only it is next to the shared one with no direct access,we immediately noticed a big tower with a diesel motor and a crew drilling a deep well just in front of the balcony and the shared pool.The noise and smell were horrible so we had to leave to another hotel,a last minute reservation that ended costing $600 more, because they refused to stop the job during our stay.After many calls to our agency,the money was thankfully refunded with the following statement:"They explained that they had to make an emergency drill for their deep well due to an insufficient water supply". After this response and knowing that drilling a deep well is a big environmental issue in any country,I made a brief research at Philippines' National water resource board about permits and found that it is impossible to make such work without meeting many requirements that take weeks or even months what made me think about two possible options: or they are lying about it is an emergency drill or this well is ilegal. Whatever is the answer,denotes how irresponsible the ownership is because if they did all due process ,they knew with enough anticipation and should inform the possible affected guests and not waited until we were stuck at the hotel the day of arrival.Otherwise,they might not have the permits.Finally I would like to say that during the short stay,we noticed a run down room and deck, an under power air conditioner that was unable to cool the room and also notice lot of motorcycle and trucks noise coming from the main street downhill.

From heaven to hell,possible environmental violation.

Had an amazing time at this hidden gem. Actually was here in 2017, but didn’t realize I never wrote a review. Great views, privacy, and an amazing staff. There are only about five villas here so i noticed it books fast, I luckily booked the room way in advanced. It’s not beach front but the view of the ocean is beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even when we discovered a large “Toko” lizard in one of the bedrooms they came to get it out for us being too scared to do it ourselves. Don’t shy away that you might see some exotic animals and bugs here (monkeys, lizards, wasps, etc), keep in mind you are high on the hill in a tropical setting surrounded by the lush forest. The WiFi was spotty, but the property is clean and I love the theme of the place. We planned to have our whole family of 15 stuffed into the two rooms we booked, but unfortunately they were strict and only allowed the max per room so we had to book other hotels for about half my family. So don’t plan to try to get away with this, especially when you roll up in a van with 15 people and they see you all hehe. Policy is policy so I won’t not going to put them down on it. 

Amazing 

This is a small resort with 4 or 5 rooms overlooking the Bascuit Bay. The views are really amazing with beautiful sunset views. The rooms are a little on the small side. The resort has no onsite restaurant but does have a small pool. Is a slight hike up from the main road.

We spent 4 days here and the views are just AMAZING! The staff were helpful and very nice. It included breakfast every morning which was brought to our room. We stayed in the deluxe villa which had the private infinity pool, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. We were blown away with the fabulous views! We also had family in the pool villa which also had an amazing view. It has a community pool which felt private to us since no one else used it during our stay. Only negative to this place is it’s located top of of a hill so expect long walks up. Also the deluxe villa came with WiFi but it ran out of data the last couple days there so we had to keep going to the community pool to use the Wifi. Other than those minor things our stay was WONDERFUL! I would def come back and have already recommended this place to a few frenz! It was truly paradise!!

Wonderful Stay

Without doubt the views alone make it worth the stay - however one big issue with regards to the building layout is no toilet door ! we stayed in cottage 2 & couldn't quite believe this layout - an open plan CR isn't the most romantic thing I've come across so whenever a visit was required the other partner had to stay out on the veranda ! Very nice grounds,Great staff & lovely breakfast served in the cottage.I probably would return if they sorted out the toilet door ! Oh yes, just to mention there are monkeys who will visit early in the morning in search for food.
