We stayed there for new year's eve. All of my requests were accommodated.-non smoking room, good city view, late check out. Thank you to all the hoteliers on duty during that holiday. 
Our room was clean, but the cover of the shower fell on my son's head while taking a shower. So you might wanna fix that. Overall, our experience was fun.

My family had a wonderful experience for NYE at Richmonde Hotel. I must say that their staff are the true gem of this hotel. Because every staff from the guards, concierge etc were very attentive to each guest needs. 

Wonderful NYE

Standard check-in time was at 2pm. We were able to check in at 330pm. No one has informed us of the possible delay considering this is a Club Access and I have been exchanging mails with the reservations agent.

It was my first time checking here at Richmond with my family which was not quite a good experience. Moreover, the room was haphazardly prepared as there are lacking supplies in the room e.g. towels, complimentary water. The other room, I believe the AC does not function properly even if it has been in its full capacity (max cooling).

Moreover, they dont have much trolley where to put our luggages.

Hopefully, they could improve the customer service since there are minimal guests during check in.

Not satisfied.

I used to use this hotel every time I would visit Malina. Great location, not far from SM Mall. This trip I booked a room with a double bed weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told the only room left was two single beds because they had  conference on. They said no other rooms were available. But the point is, they changed my room type from double bed to two singles, because of their bad management. So if staying at this hotel it is BUYER BEWARE, they may change your booking without your knowledge. So their customer service is sadly lacking. I will NEVER stay here again because how do I know they will not change my booking again? 

Very DISSAPPOINTING!

Was disappointed with this stay. Its been 10 years since my last stay but you could really feel the difference. I hope this is because they are still recovering from the pandemic. But others hotels have already recovered by this time. The experience wast bad but it also wasnt special.

Lost its magic.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. This time, we booked two rooms because we brought our kids with us. We had a lot of fun using the indoor heated pool. All hotel employees were very professional and very courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, most of the electrical outlets were not working in both rooms, and this is the only reason why I did not give a perfect rating. All in all, we had a great time and we will definitely go back.

Another Great Stay

Always the best staycation at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas
Memorable staycation and catching up with my college friends and sibling. Our only concern, we find some insects on both our rooms, little ants and little cockcroaches. I reported this on the guest survey form. Looking forward it will be resolved. Inspite of this, we the best times at RHO. Highly recommended for business and family staycation. 

Always Best staycation ever!

We have stayed at Richmonde a couple of times already. A big come on for us is the indoor heated pool. Second is the cozy room. However, the room needs to get a facelift. First is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV with Netflix. Second, upgrade to a bigger bath tub. I'm 5"11 and I barely fit in it. And while you're at it, change the bathroom door to a regular one. Other than that, we had a grand Valentine's day celebration.

The Richmonde Hotel was probably very grand once upon a time, but it is definitely showing it’s age now. All the basic amenities are there, but feels like a step back in time.

Staff are friendly and always ready to help
Location is great, walking distance to SM mall. 7-11 around the corner, and Jollibee a couple of buildings next store
Wi-Fi is good
Concierge was very helpful booking a Grab to go to the airport

Negatives
Only stayed 3 days, 2 nights, but room was not cleaned even though the “make up room” button was pressed. Was very disappointed after coming back to the room after a long day to find that the room was not cleaned. 
If you are a smoker, there is a smoking room on the 2nd floor, but the door is so heavy you need all you body weight to open and close it. And if there are a few smokers in there at one time, there doesn’t seem to be any ventilation to clear the smoke. 
Bed is rather small, on the shorter side if you happen to be tall

Overall, if you need a quick 1-2 night stay, then Richmonde is perfectly fine. Probably more suited for business guests on a short stay rather than families on an extended trip. 

Decent hotel in need of a facelift 

Hotel staff and the hotel is very accommodating. Highly recommended for other tourist and business persons alike. it resembles a family but business class rooms that is so comfortable with complete amenities.
