The location was top notch, just a few steps away from Robinsons Galleria. I requested for a quiet room, which was largely met. The bed was very spacious (it could easily fit three people) and comfortable. The airconditioning was just right (not super cold or warm). Check out was fast and efficient. Elevator service was also fast, and the guard at the entrance was nice and polite. Greatly appreciated the water dispenser by the elevators and the soap dispensers (good sustainability features).

However, the soundproofing of the room was not very good -- one could easily hear the noise from the halls (although the sounds from the adjacent rooms could not be heard). There were small cockroaches in the room, especially in the sink area -- I was able to kill about 7 of them during my stay and just ignored the others. I usually sleep with the lights turned off, but because of the cockroach problem, I had to sleep with some of the lights on for fear of some of them crawling on me while I was asleep. There were some spaces in the 4th floor that had a random piece of wood propped up, which made the whole space look untidy and unprofessional. There was only one person manning the reception counter at 8pm, so check in took some time (not a very good experience if one just came from a whole day of tiring travel).

All in all, okay for just one night's sleep.

Okay for one night's stay

My stay took place when there was still a quarantine for homecoming Filipinos overseas, Dec.2021. The bed & bath and food was okay, but there are water leaks because of the air conditioning. I can't put the A/C on 24/7 or else there will be water leaks on the ceiling. I have to manually turn on and turn off the A/C when the water started to leak in the ceiling. I stayed there for 5 mandatory days. The girl front desk, too bad I really didn't get her name was snobbish and discourteous.

The water heater is not working in the room that we occupied. We had a king-sized bed and it occupied almost the whole space of the room. There is not enough space to move around. There are no toiletries provided (toothbrush and toothpaste). Looking for the entrance parking is a struggle if you are unfamiliar with the area. Parking has a fee of Php100. Overall the experience was okay since the location is near where we need to be.

I really had fun staying in this hotel despite of the restrictions brought about by the pandemic.  Ralph, the Manager, in this hotel was very helpful even during the times when I was still in Canada and trying to book/reschedule my hotel reservation.  He was very helpful and easy to reply when I have concerns about my reservation.  The Front Desk staff were always cheerful and easily attend to my needs every time I call them. 

I stayed there for 4 nights but no words can say how happy I was that I booked my hotel reservation with them.  Thank you.

Good staff and best service

the Front desk officers are courteous, they are there always to attend to your needs i'll be coming back as always the room is clean ..and its near just a stone throw away from robinsons galleria and a one ride from to greenhills

Staff are polite and very accommodating. the room is just fine for the price. Location is at the Ortigas center and just few miles away from Robinson Galleria. Room are clean. Bed and beddings are clean.

Good location.

Right at the heart of Ortigas Center and about a hundred meters from Robinson's Galleria. Overnight parking at P100 is very reasonable. 

Out room however smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was no hot water.

Great Location  but Facilities Need Improvement

Check-in took quite a while. No available hot shower at the time of stay due to heater malfunction. STaff were polite. The place was near in almost essential things we usually need. Very convenient location for public transport.

Good Enough for the Price

I initially booked this hotel for a 2 nights stay (16-18 March 2022). The location of the hotel is really good and the staff are friendly and accommodating. But the shocking part of this hotel is that the hotel rooms are very poorly maintained, its hygiene standard is substandard and the worse part of my hotel stay is that the hotel rooms are filled with cockroaches and these cockroaches are crawling on my bed, the basin and also in the toilet. It's shocking. I have no choice but to check out of the hotel after a couple of hours of rest and move to another hotel instead. Since I have already paid for the hotel charges in full and it is not refundable in any way, I just forsook the pre-payment and checked out without any further hesitation.

Terribly Shocking!

I am from the US and is currently being held against my will due to unresponsive staff and failure to contact their recommended swabbing laboratory, Padlabs. I am being held beyond my required quarantine period of 10 days thus continually paying for the hotel's additional charges with every passing day. Pretty much like they are milking me of my hard-earned money. I am now on my 14th day and they are still not helpful and uncooperative. Worst accommodation. If you are an OFW or balikbayan, never choose this hotel as your quarantine hotel
