The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food was quite nice. But the overall experience did not quite meet our expectations based on the promotional materials.         aa

The hotel itself is quite old but our stay was comfortable nonetheless. The place is Ortigas Business District so there are a lot of establishments/malls that you can visit. The location is very convenient.

Old but gold

I felt at home but more comfortable. When it comes to concerns matters are settled easily. Food is great. Abmbience is great and so ate employees! 

Will surely go back since the location is also nice.

Great

Nothing bad happened, though it's not a place I would stay again, if I had a choice. The hotel staff were responsive and okay. The hotel is just a bit tired - everything looked old and worn in the room. One elevator was out and the others were slow. The gym was pretty good for a hotel. So again, not bad, yet if I were going to stay in the same area, I would look at other hotels. The Westin across the street, for example, looked nicer.

Okay, but but also tired

The Hotel Staff service was way above my expectations! Kudos to Ms. Jannette of the Front Desk.  She assisted me flawlessly! My room is spotless and feels like I am in the clouds while sleeping! Hats off to the housekeepers who maintained Room 1810 for the duration of my stay! The food at the mess hall is undeniably sumptuous! I love the beef and the baby octopus! Thanks to the Chef-in-Charge at the said station!

Amazing, Richmonde!

The hotel has seen better days. There were carpet stain that were very obvious. The wooden accents in the room and toilet are showing signs of damage. The toilet fixtures shows signs of poor maintenance. If they (Megaworld Corporation) can award 24 million pesos worth of property to gold medalists of the Paris Olympics, surely they can provide subsidy for maintenance and improvement of their hotels and resorts.

Aging Facility

It was a pleasant pause from the hustle and daily grind with family. 

Not far from the city and just a stone-throw to malls and restaurant, the hotel provides a good location for a very reasonable price. Each rooms are well-kept and maintained.

Definetly a good option for your next travel or even staycation.

CORE MEMORIES with family at Richmonde

Although the Richmond is an inexpensive hotel, their customer service and comfortable bed speaks otherwise. If they did some updating, it could definitely add another star. It is also walking distance to Mega Mall where you find several eateries and shopping galore.

Nice Hotel

On an initial approach the Hotel seems a lot older than portrayed in images, I can imagine if the Hotel got a face lift it would have an incredible cool vintage feeling, which is what I thought it might feel like, however there was some Pro's and Con's to this venue. 

1. Staff was always very friendly and helpful

2.Basement Parking available which is a plus for room guests

3. Was no possibility to print in color

4. Bed although very bouncy was surprisingly very comfortable and I slept well

5. There was a couple or cockroaches which was a little unpleasant but not unavoidable in tropical countries.

6. Biggest issue for me was the electrical wiring, which was not connected well so when you turned off the master light switches this automatically turned off the plugs to charge any device, so therefore either sleeping with lights to have full charged device or turning it off and having to wake up earlier to charge devices. (could have just been in my room, however electricians said its a consistent problem) 

7. AC was very good, although at times in my particular room would blow directly onto ones face, with no real option of completelty adjusting the Temperature apart from the small dial. ( on another note rather cold than too warm)

Convenient stay- Rather in smaller more cost effective room

Excellent food and great staff, fast service on the request from the front desk, breakfast is sumptuous. Ofcourse the rooms are clean and tidy, lobby is always immaculate. Parking is also good, lot of space
