Untidy, smelly and creepy. There are molds everywhere. The bed, sheets and pillows are itchy. And they charge for almost anything - 100.00 for extra pillow?! 

Worst accommodation I've ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I booked here on the morning of my travel so it was very short notice and good thing is that they have rooms available. The reception area is located at the second floor and I am not seeing any escalator and elevator during my stay, since I am a fit young lad it was not a problem for me, however for those with pwd I think it might be quite a challenge to stay here. The staff was very courteous and help me with direction and best ways on how to get to certain place. As mentioned, I went to La Union on a very short notice. 

The hotel is just near drugstore, food places and even attraction (Macho Temple). And few blocks from the hotel you may arrived with the night market, lots of good food choices for affordable food and local ones.

The hotel is really cheap compared to any other hotels nearby based on my research for this sudden trip. The room definitely needs renovation, the TV is this very small box type kind, the aircon was just enough for the room even very cold during the night, however the heater on the bathroom is not working.

Anyway, overall if given a chance that you do not have much option to a place to stay in LU, I think this is okay for what you pay for.

Molds in Bed, Bathroom,Used Condoms in the Dresser and a Rude staff claiming to be the daughter of the owner named Ms.Rain who would charged 10$ for every Towel or Blanket 

This should be banned from any Hotel Website Booking

Worst Hotel

Good value for the money. Conveniently located near Partas bus terminal. Many restaurants around, mostly Chinese and fast-food. My room 303 has view on Ma Cho Temple. Front desk always readily available. Security officer at the stairs entry. Feeling safe. If you pay cash at the front desk for about the same price as in Agoda you get complimentary breakfast.

Worst Hotel in Phillipines after 2 months of travel.

I tried to find the positive things but it was not possible.

We book for a matrimonial bed and we have been transfer to the old room but it was not precise on internet if you are in the new or the old one. 

1) Reception and hall: grey, not color, look's like a jail, this is the only place where there is wifi. Wifi was to supposed to be in our room,I still try to find it.
The employe show us the room and run away we didn't have the time to say anythings.

2) The bedroom: I Don't by where i can realy start.
The floor: grey with dirt.
The wall: is crack, and the are screws in the wall. This is like a room of 1950.
The bed: Tear, tiny,noisy, skimy ( like a rusks) and of course not confortable.
The tv: ( a bad joke ) it is so tiny, same size as a minitel (13p), 1970 tv.
The AC: noisy as a factory.
Window: Full of dust, spider net and view of the front grey wall.

3 ) The bathroom: The horror museum continue.
It smell the sewers.
The door: do not close correctly because the frame is too small.
The shower: disgusting it have never been clean proprely, the shower head is broken, and the curtain is so dirty and also moldy,
ants every where.

4) Laundry : We paid 600 pesos for less than 3 kg. I have never paid such expensive for this. Usualy i paid 50 pesos per kg.

To conclude: we paid 1000 pesos to have a hotel of the 60's delabrer, so run away.

Worst Hotel in Philippines

This hotel needs a decent hotel Frontdesk Supervisor. Beds feel like they were there for some time. Facilities need to be fixed. My  faucet in my room located at the third floor room 306 was leaking the whole time and the food was less than average. I had low expectations as this is not a classy hotel and i travel to the provinces a lot. This one though was less than expected. The only pro about in this hotel is Ms.Jennifer, but the management should not allow the old rooms to be used anymore. They dont look like hotel rooms anymore more of like Haunted Rooms in the Insidous 😡 Im going back to San Fernando La Union but never ever in this hotel.
