Sad stay 

Hotel is very close to the port.  We walked there after taking the ferry from Cebu.  Our two twin beds were quite comfortable.  Excellent hot water in the shower and lots of great foreign cable TV channels, including ESPN.  Our booking included free breakfast for all menu items under 100 pesos.  This meant choosing one of the multiple "silog" options.  You can select others such as the American breakfast and then pay the difference.  No free coffee is included.  The young male working the coffee bar was insanely slow.  It took him almost 30 minutes to make one pour over drip coffee.  Yikes!  No wifi in our room but it did work in the restaurant and hallways.  The speed was decent.  Front desk staff members Vanessa and Mary Ann were outstanding!  Both were very helpful in answering questions and also supplying local activity suggestions.  Vanessa made sure to provide hot water for our instant coffee each morning.  Thank you Harbour Gardens team!

Really enjoyed it

Good place to stay. Friendly, hospitable and kind staff. Accessible to Mall, wharf station and outside resto. Its just that we have no wifi inside our room need to go out of the room to have signal. But the place and staff are good.

Bohol Visit 2022

We booked the cheapest room which cost about 26 USD. The bed is very small for 2 persons. Room faces the front door and has a balcony. Room has aircon and hot shower. The garden is nice but with unfriendly notice "Keep off the grass". Several notice papers are in the room which gave me a feel of staying in an apartment with many rules. I'm ok with those rules and I follow strictly. Just that if you're sensitive to them, you might feel not comfortable. Breakfast was in the nice garden. They didn't ask what we wanted to order, just brought the sandwich and fried eggs. We saw other guests having rice and we actually prefer rice. But we ate ours anyway. A short walk from Tagbilaran Port. On the way there's a local eatery with ready cooked foods.

Basic and old

We stayed here with group of friends. The surroundings looks clean and safe but we were uncomfortable and didn’t have a good sleep. The AC were blowing hard and no matter how adjustment we made. It’s still blowing and they only provide a very think sheet for you to cover. Your t shirt can be thicker than the sheet they provide! Anyway, bfast was not bad. Apart from the duvet, no much complain. We booked triple room and 2 beds provided. The other bed is next to the toilet door. Maybe they can re arrange it better?

My stay here was okay. Understaffed but the room was clean. And the girls Van & Bel were so friendly and helpful. Very near some malls too and airport is just probably 5-7 minutes from this place. If this place will have more staff and present a more professional service, I would have rated it excellent. There was also a construction going on and it was noisy from time to time.

Great service- staff was very accomodating. They were very reliable in  making sure everything went well.
Excellent location- easy to book tricycles and easy to move around tagbilaran. Also close to aiport. 
Value for money- ONLY hotel that allows upto 5 guests per room at a reasonable price 
Food was good

Great hotel

No generator and there is long blackout on this place almost daily. They will not reduce your payment or even give you something to compensate for the discomfort.
You pay for breakfast, but all they give is 1 piece of egg and hotdog and rice.
Too strict, I feel like I'm on communist hotel. It is actually a house made into a hotel.

Expensive

Although this was a nice hotel, with nice staff and grounds, we booked this place purely because it stated it has wifi in rooms - arrive to be told it only works properly in the lobby. Staff said nothing they could do.

Hot shower kept tripping out after 20 seconds - nothing the staff could do.

We were in the ground floor room right off the reception area which was very noisy from 7am with people in the lobby.

Plus side, the staff are friendly.

Nothing really around this hotel so would recommend renting a motorbike.
