We stayed here from 30th Dec til 6th Jan. We were a group of 28 ranging from age 6 to 62.

Perfect location to walk to the amazing ski slopes.  Skiing was approx £25 per day per person  for lift pass and hire of skis, boots, helmet and poles. You can also snow mobile up the mountains!

There is a reasonably priced supermarket attached to the hotel and a small bar which is just off the car park.  Drinks and great food served here.

There is an ice skate rink 5 mins walk away and lots of restaurants and a tasty kebab stall. Lots of little stalls outside the hotel and along the way to the slopes selling souvenirs and ski items.

We used the hotel restaurant for New Years Eve and stayed till gone 2am. Great firework display at midnight.

We also used the restaurant for breakfast daily which was 20 PLN per person.

Hotel facilities were great but you do need to be quiet after 10pm if in the games room.  The sauna was great at a cost of £6 for 45 mins.

My only complaint would be that although the toilet roll was replenished daily, the towels and bedding weren't changed during the week we stayed. 

Thermal baths at the base of the nursery slopes are worth a visit!

The hotel is lovely, tidy and close to the slopes if skiing. There is a supermarket conveniently located beneath which does come in handy. The facilities are not the best with the hotel only having a small games room along with small gym and sauna. The room we stayed in was a nice size but the bathrooms are very small. You do get a kettle and hair dryer in every room which is handy. Housekeeping only consists of a bin empty and toilet roll refill, the rooms are have not been cleaned, vacuumed nor the bedding changed in the week we've been here. However, there is no lift so if you have a medical condition I woukd strongly advise you request a room on the lower floors. All in all you get what you pay for but the main thing is it's nicely decorated and maintained.

Good if you're on a budget

This is one of the best places in the area. They will go above and beyond to make their guests happy. We had particular requests that receptionist was able to complete for us before our arrival. They are very good people with excellent service . Very close proximity to slopes and waterpark. I highly recommend it.

We loved everything about it.

This hotel is located on very busy road. You will probably need to have all windows closed to sleep through the whole night. Get the ear plugs if you are sensitive or ask for the rooms near the restarant at the back.. 

The rooms are equiped simple way, but you get everything you need (TV, kettle, cups, towels, sampoos). The fridle is on each corridor. Rooms are spacious and clean. 

Even though the hotel does not provide any food, you can book the breakfast at the next door restaurant, where the food is just fine (4e for buffet breakfast). 

The facilities are good - playroom for children; room with billiard, ping-pong, table football; fitness; outside playground with the trampoline (all these free of charge), sauna (approx 5e per hour). The shop is on the ground floor of the hotel and you can buy here really everything/ prices are ok. The shop is open 7 days a week. Ice cream, kebab and cheese trailers are just under the hotel. Parking is free of charge with enough space. 

I can recommend this hotel for the price (15e per night via booking.com in summer season).
