Perfect place to stay in Winter!!
Close to Kotelnica slopes, so close that we were walking there for maybe 5-7 min.(by the stream there is a short-cut :)
Mr Rafal, at the reception desk, very very helpful : at some point my daughter forgot her little rucksag from near by hot springs called Bania (10min.walking distans) so he took me there by car and in few minutes time we got it back :).
In the evenings we were sitting in a huge modern lobby/breakfast area (even though our room was big enough) having rest while kids were playing upstairs in a big playing room.
And the best of all THE BREAKFAST !! (8-10am)
Help your self, eat what ever you want, salad selection, eggs, polish ham and cheese selection, small hot sausages (kids loved them) , cakes, coffee machine is also there :), etc, etc...after that your are set for whole day! And again last day we had an early bus to Krakow when asked Mr Rafal if we could have breakfast 7,30am the answer was 'no problem', and after that he gave us a lift to the bus stop with all the luggage (we could walk there but it was -15°C (celsius) feel like temperature :)!
Big Thanks to breakfast staff too, very helpful and always smilling,  keeping place clean and tidy during breakfast hours.

Very good standard B&B. Clean and modern beautifully designed. Al the staff were friendly and helpful. 
Big parking and very good breakfast. 
10min walk to the ski slop. 
Overall can not fault this B&B and would recommend anyone to go there.

This is a good B&B, it is clean and well kept,the staff are always friendly,but they are let down by not cleaning the room's all week,no clean towels and having to ask for toilet paper! WiFi not free!

Just got home from our family stay in Bialka Tatrzanska. Having endured horrendous traffic jams on our journey from Miechow, and both children being ill, as we approached Bialka we were notified by Booking.com that they had not made our booking as they had a problem. The Booking.com saga is a story for another place. We went to the hotel fearing the worst, as we were aware most others were full. Thanks to the professionalism and understanding of the management and staff our break was saved. They, not only managed to give us a room, but they far surpassed our expectations. As soon as the manager realised there was a problem, he took us to the breakfast room, organised drinks for the children, my wife and I and set about solving it.
  Al the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. The style and decor throughout is classy. Entertainment for the young children was good, no chance for boredom. Breakfast was great, served and maintained attentively. Recommendations for within the town and directions to take were all spot on. 
  To top it off the town and facilities were really good.
wish we could have stayed longer.

Customer service, attention to detail and style in a relaxing place.

This is the new place that has just opened in Bialka. The place iitself is beautifully designed, with a lot of taste. It has plenty of rooms to choose from, good location, a parking lot, good breakfasts are included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are common rooms where you can watch tv, drink, sit by the fire or play games. Prices are acceptable.
Only 1 km away from ski resort.
