When I checked in, I had to have a colleague who spoke English. I was allowed to wait after 7 hours of driving. There was no dinner or breakfast offered (which was actually paid for). Late at night and at night there was no staff available. The walls in the house were so thin that I had to listen to all the conversations of my neighbors as well as sex afterwards. This went on until about 2:00 p.m. It was more than annoying when you have to leave at 4:00 p.m. The towels were more like fat, something useful. Bed sheets were too small and there was no way to darken the room. It was a bad night, in a bad ham room. Absolutely not recommended.

Upon arrival no staff at the check in desk we had to ring a number that charges us money. We arrived early for the weeding checked in and went to the room to literally drop the bags off without using the facilities at the time we left the hotel for the wedding about 10 minutes later after we dropped the bags off. Came back late night about 11 ish and myself and partner noticed a large wedding party in the reception and the loud music that was coming through to our room through the walls and the door. Anyway we both were due to wake up for 5am to leave to the airport. My partner went to use shower facilities and the shower head holder wasn’t in place which suggested that it was broken in the past and never replaced. Also my partner has not enjoyed the cold shower with absolutely freezing water. I went in after my partner to get myself refreshed with a shower I turned the tap on and waited about 15 minutes hoping the water will get warm as I didn’t fancy a cold shower, the next minute the shower base started leaking and water coming out on the floor from around it, I though well that’s a disaster. When going in to bed trying to sleep although the music was so loud and people shouting left right and centre it was difficult to fall a sleep but to top it up the mattress was so uncomfortable I cannot stress how hard it was. After we successfully fallen a sleep we kept waking up every half and hour because someone would run down the corridor shouting and opening the door to the ball room where the music was coming out from. At least they should have put us in the upper bit of the note knowing that we will be staying for one night and the wedding is going to be loud. I definitely won’t be staying there again

My wife and I stayed at Royal House while researching our ancestors in this area of Poland. Room was clean and quite nice. We ate several meals at Royal House, and food was very good and service during meals was outstanding. Location is good, convenient to Bialogard city center. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Royal House.
