The place offered truly fantastic conditions for a stay in a group. The apartment we took (Dafne) had everything that we needed, a spacious living room, spacious rooms for all, aircon, parking nearby, kitchen utensils, towels, basically everything they said they would offer. The staff cotnacted me before my arrival asking when will I arrive in order to best adjust everything to it. THe staff was very kind and helpful with everything. 
Although my visit was still in time of natinal restriction due to covid so the restaurant and bar did not operate the stay was great. There is a shop a short walk away so everything can be bought there. The complex offers fantastic views, and tranquility with sport facilities for those wanting to play some volley/basket/football, as well as rental options for bikes and water bikes. Direct access to the lake allows evryone to grab a refreshing swim whenever they feel like.

I can recommend it without any doubt.

Perfect retreat

Comfortable summer houses with modern amenities for 5 persons in a green forest environment, cafe and a harbour nearby offering entertaining ship sailing on the lake can be a right choice for those searching relax in nature at affordable prices.  

Place has good outdoor facilities for a big group festival on the bank of the lake

Its a huge complex of different style/size buildings ,partly from socialism period. There are classic hotel rooms in central building ,superior rooms in three two-storey houses and a lot of camping wooden houses. Great position in woods by lake .
Pros : Silence ,lake ,greatest cold cut buffet breakfast choice ever...
Cons: Rooms (twins only ) without fridge,hairdryer , 8 low-quality TV channels (just polish). Dinner till 19.00 ,after kitchen is closed and you can wait for a breakfast...

Complex

I was there as a volunteer for a week of English-speaking sessions, and everything was terrible, from the food to the people. They gave us strawberry pasta with the leftovers of other days. I asked them for soap or shampoo for my room, and they didn't provide me with it. They promote themselves as a hotel, and I have never gone to hotels that don't provide you with essential hygiene items.
