To see my father's birthplace, we spent three nights at the Gizycko Hotel.A very attractive hotel with friendly English-speaking staff.Our room was huge,the bathroom was new and very clean.Our room included a large balcony.The breakfast was rich and always freshly served.The hotel is very centrally located but still quiet.

Like other reviewers, I liked the fact that this hotel is new and in the excellent location. The breakfasts are outstanding and the staff is nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean (we stayed in the Superior King). You will not be disappointed when staying there, however there are some small details that needs to be improved if I'm to give it 5/5.
First of all, in my booking I had a king size bed, but when we arrived, it turned out to be 2 regular beds put together. The little hygienic bags were nowhere to be found, I thought this was a standard in any hotels, but apparently not. Also, the way the room is planned is not ideal. The door to the room is very close to the bathroom door, so when the bathroom is not closed, you hit the door with the other door. Or if your wife is naked in the bathroom you expose her to however is going through the corridor ;)
Other than that the quality/price ratio is very good and I recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Giżycko close to the beach.

Nice and shiny, but can be improved

Very good hotel in a very nice location not far from the lake. Secure parking, very spacious rooms and very new and clean. 
Not far from the lake. Not far from main street and shops. not far from fortress...really perfect hotel. Even breakfast was good.

Very good hotel / all new / nice staff / top location

My parents stayed there few days while I was on the boat. Good hotel with friendly service. Everything was clean, breakfast large and diverse, rooms cosy and toilets clean (again). Location is top: next to shops and restaurants, in the town centre )but with a secure parking).

Decent stay in Gizycko

The hotel is not big, it has its own parking lot, the gates close for the night! It's very comfortable in the room, everything is good, but there's not even a small refrigerator on the street!!!

Hotel is completely renovated, very nice big room with large terrace, unfortunately without seating... Hotel location very good, rooms in the back also quiet, in front of the street it could be louder! Unfortunately breakfast buffet only with loose coffee, sorry it doesn't work at all!! WLAN connection very bad!

Nice hotel with small flaws

We only stayed one night but the conditions are very good for the price. The room is very spacious and clean. On top of that, there's also a huge terrace. 
It's also located within walking distance of all attractions in the town.
Overall, one of the best places I've stayed in for this price range
