I have been recently here and I was astonished by the room, so big and roomy, and plenty of light.
The staff was very welcoming, the checkin procedure quick and swift, and the room was well appointed, clean, and very spacious.
The ladies welcoming you with a smile upon arrival is really a plus after a long tiring day.
The breakfast might have a wider choice, but the price you pay, it is fair and good.
So I will definitely come back here while in Inowroclaw.

Value for money

My 3rd stay in this hotel in the past 18 months and this time for two nights.
My room on the second floor was very spacious with two large single beds. The room was very clean and had a big range of amenities.
Two things that were not so good were the very hard bath towels - there were 3 bath towels. Then the curtains do not fully close and have no "black out" such that I can see the "HOT" of the hotel sign through the curtains all night.

Breakfast was a bit limited in choice, but Ok, as Kruzswica is not a big city. The restaurant had been lightened up with a new coat of paint.

I also had dinners in the restaurant for two nights and the food was very good. Service was quite leisurely, but good. Most of the staff tries to be nice and helpful with their limited English. We were told they had changed chef recently- probably someone from Asia, as there were some Asian dishes in the menu. No pizzas, these  were really nice when I tried these on previos visits.

Renovated- Very good stay and service

The Hotel Penelopa is an experience that gratifies all the senses, from the aesthetic beauty of the rooms and grounds to the delightful and delectable cuisine served in the restaurant. The bi-lingual (Polish and English) staff are a picture of courtesy and old world manners and the rooms themselves are polished perfection, beds sheathed in gleaming linen and the walls decorated with tasteful and original artwork. The shower and washroom had an impeccable sheen of cleanliness and were comfortable in every modern sense. It is one hotel where you simply must enjoy the restaurant where world-class chef  Mateusz Krecina will personally come to your table to answer any questions and make sure that you enjoy every dish to your complete and abiding satisfaction. Situated in comfortable walking distance from the lovely Inowroclaw parks and the city's famous health spas and invigorating salt mine, the Hotel Penelopa is a joy in every sense of the word!

A classic and classy display of true Polish hospitality

One Of the worst hotel I have ever been. 
The room was very very cold. I claimed but the did not do anything. Finally I had to ask for a blanket. 
Besides it, the restaurant was closed but previously, they had sent me an email telling me that the restaurant would be open. 
A completely disaster...

Horrible

Hotel located in the very centrum of Inowrocław, rooms clean and tidy but: it is difficult to control temperature in the room, opening the window is not a solution because of a noisy street. In the restaurant a waiter doesn't take care about customers. Each time I wanted to order a meal I had to go  to the bar and ask for attention.  In the morning during checkout there was a problem with bill for a meal which was not stored properly in the reception. Apparently, staff is still on the learning curve.
