The hotel is in a good location, about 1km from the town centre. There is free parking and staff are friendly. The room was nice, with good views from the balcony. The breakfast was very good. WiFi is not high speed. There is no tea/coffee/kettle in the room which I found a bit strange. You can ask downstairs but there is a charge. I would expect tea and coffee to be a standard, free offering to all guests, especially from a 4 star hotel.

Nice Hotel and Good Location

Positive points: comfortable room; parking lot.
Negative points (and there's a lot!):
- we asked for a quiet room, upper floor... we got the contrary (first floor, close to elevator and stairs)
- we asked to change for a better room, we got one (#211) that was clearly not a room for custormers to rent: very dusty; not terrasse (when all rooms have one); no AC; no minibar; no lights for the bed...
- regarding services: staff doesn't speak English (only Polish or German); no room services for cleaning; breakfast too late (8am)
- Lastly, pictures are misleading as half of the rooms have terrasse looking at the parking lot vs garden.

Not a 4 stars hotel ! 

I can only recommend the hotel. Great location about 500 meters from the city center. Staff very friendly, reception is spoken in 3 languages. Rooms clean and large. Food is fantastic always fresh, plenty of choice of fruits and vegetables. Dinner is Grandios. Spa area small but clean and well maintained.

The atmosphere is very cozy.

We spent three nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly, all the rooms were clean. We liked the spa area very much, we used it every day. We found the breakfast buffet very good, there was variety, every day different meals on the buffet. Everything was very nicely presented and clean. We also had dinner twice and were more than satisfied! The kitchen is really excellent and absolutely recommended!

A relaxing short stay in a great hotel

Family hotel we've been at for 10 years. A team available and top facilities, especially the outdoor sauna! This is without a doubt the best table in Karpacz. The rooms are spacious. The indoor pool is heated. The gym is in full Technogym.

Mountain Spa Relaxation

We stayed at the hotel from 06.01.09.01.2019. Very accommodating service, excellent restaurant and very comfortable sauna area... what you want more. The place is within 5 minutes walking distance and many small shops, cafes and restaurants invite you to stroll. The tip for skating is Jacobsthal- about 30 minutes away by car. In Karpacz itself there are a few descent ramps to get used to. Otherwise, the ski area around the snow cap attracts. As I said. A perfect place for us. I can recommend the peat building and the Pirogast.

The perfect hotel.

This hotel has a lot of very good things - room size, bedding, swimming pool - spa, garden, restaurant, hardworking staff and so on...you can't improve the clarity of the house, you can really hear through doors and walls. If it's warm, then the air conditioning is missing. The hotel entrance is narrow and unintelligible. Unfortunately, I was woken up in the morning by struggling hotel staff. The journey from Vienna was a long eight hours - many construction sites in the Czech Republic were scary. Salzburg, Tirol or Carinthia are closer, better and cheaper.

Friends took us to the Alps.

We visited Karpacz at the end of  the ski season, just before the Polish May holiday: it was quiet in town and also in the hotel, but we still had a great experience. Staff was friendly, the food in the restaurant very good and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to refresh and relax.

Excellent hotel with indoor swimming pool

We stayed there for a weekend enjoying some alpine atmosphere in Polish mountains:-). We had a very nice view on the mountains from our balcony which in itself was very relaxing. The room and the bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly.

Great views, friendly staff

We were there over the Christmas holidays. It was very good. We are feeling a little more relaxed now. You can spend your time in the SPA wonderfully, and there are still staff who take care of the wellness, such as massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. On Christmas Eve, traditionally, as in the rest of Poland, there is fish. When we got to the restaurant, we were greeted. We were immediately taken to the table. It was Christmas decorated. There were blankets ready, as well as the appetizers. Each table carried out its own tradition. After that, the meal began. First there was a Carpaccio with Rucola and Capern, then there was a grumpy-beat sandwich.
