Nothing more nothing less :-) hotel located close to trails, friendly to children and animals, hotel staff - kindest (reception at the highest level) we are there for the second time and not the last. The rooms in the hotel are renovated, but the older ones are also not bad, and most importantly, the breakfasts are great (and bravo, because the cook has changed recently and the lunch-dinners are very light and tasty). I RECOMMEND 100%

Great stay and hotel

Breakfast is good, alot off choise.
Shower is good and warm! 
Rooms are a bit small but beds are ok.
Staff is working hard and friendly helpfull
Nice small town with fun stuff to do! 
A crazy hill were your car rolls up the hill. Nature is amazing pretty

Nice hotel

The room we had was not at all what was presented on the site. The view of this one is horrible, it looks over a hill, the room is very dark. The bed is too low, the mattress is too thin and the pillows. The heater in the bathroom didn't work, the ventilation wasn't cleaned and there was mold.

Disappointed

The reception at the reception is very friendly, we also speak German! The room was very clean, spacious only the bathroom I thought was a little too small, from the balcony you had a wonderful view of the snow cap!! Downtown to Karpacz on foot is in 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet is sufficient, negative for me that the coffee comes from the vending machine, which can lead to waiting times.

Quietly located 3 star hotel

Generally average, however I am surprised that it has such a high note on Trip Advisor. The main problem is, that Nowa Ski advertises itself as something which it definitely isn't.  

There are few good things about Nowa Ski:
+ service,
+ views (we saw Śnieżka from our balcony)
+ big rooms and bathrooms
+ billiard room.

But that's all. Sauna and jacuzzi are below average. Sauna is extremely small and no one cares if used correctly, so it was almost flooded by other guests. The jacuzzi is simply old, and some of the nozzles are not even working. Rooms are okay, without being spectacular, but the size of pillows is a joke. They are small and flat and basically useless. The hotel takes pride of having a "fitness room" which contains four or five machines, which is a nice thing, but it cannot be called a gym. Similar problem with the SPA - if you stay for one night only, making a reservation for massage on the spot is impossible. I guess it would be possible to arrange it if I called few days before my arrival, but once again - why would I make such an order before seeing the actual SPA section. Last but not least - the worst thing is the food. Our dinner was plain horrible. The pasta was overcooked and the meat was dry as desert. Probably one of the worst dinners I had in my life. What is the point of having a relatively cheap restaurant, if the food is extremely bad? Breakfast - average at best. 

Recommended for people without high expectations.

Rather disappointing

Everything in the hotel is arranged very well en in good order. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitively go there again. Nice spa / bubble bath / massage / beer bath. Also a lot to see and do in the erea.

Stay in Hotel Nowa Ski

The hotel is very affordable and offers a lot. The rooms are large enough, clean and comfortable. There is a free pool room, sauna and hot tub. The breakfast is completely sufficient and quite varied. The hotel is also well located, you do not need 10 minutes on foot to the city centre and it is also well located for hiking or cycling. All in all, it is further recommended and I would also book it again.

NIce place!

Nestled in the mountains by the Czech border, this lovely ski chalet is also wonderful in Summer. They have a super breakfast buffet, helpful staff and nice rooms, though a bit dated. Bathrooms are clean and big. Reminded me of old Soviet style resorts. However, it is so peaceful and pleasant here, I would return.

Quiet & Nice

We spent a week in September 2015 at Hotel Nowa-Ski in Karpacz. The hotel is located a little outside the city centre but is easily accessible by bus.(The city bus costs 2 Zlotty with which you can easily get to Zenrum.) Since we arrived by bus we were very early at the hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly and first showed us the laundry rooms so that we could get fresh after the long drive and asked if we would like to have breakfast. We took this thanks.
