The prettiest space ever! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We love the aesthetically beautiful bathroom. Couldn’t recommend more! The fluffiest pillows guaranteed me good sleep every night! Thank you to the friendly and kind staff too!

Apartments well situated, very secure, great no key system, very clean with nice robes etc spacious and comfy bed. A little noise at weekends but nothing that interrupted my sleep. Surrounded by good restaurants and bars and shops. Jacuzzi bath tricky to work and wasn’t as good as had hoped

Solid choice

Stayed at Fenik Fragola Apartments, just off Market sq, krakow. The accommodation was a 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom. It was exactly like the photos and it was Spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfy. The location is ideal only a few steps away from the main market sq. there are loads of bars, cafes and restaurants in all directions. We had a street view and a market view. There was a wedding reception beneath us one night and we never heard a thing. The only noise we ever heard was the church bell on the hour and the subsequent bugle playing and this was only that we had all windows open due to unexpected hot weather. Good value for money considering quality and location

So Clean

The apartment is only a matter of feet from the main square (which we could see from our window); the apartment was spotless and had a kitchen. They provided tea, coffee, dishwasher, washing machine and toiletries including shampoo and body wash. They also provided a hair dryer and towels. The internet wouldn't work through the TV so made it difficult to watch Netflix. The hot water was limited and we could only shower for around 5 minutes before it went cold. It was also very noisy throughout the night due to other apartments, if they provided 24/7 reception this would probably put a stop to this. Overall, this is a great central stay just needs a few ammendments to be 5star.

Central Apartment

Lovely clean apartment close to a lot of  restaurants.  The apartment was quiet at night.    The breakfast was amazing at The White Bear.   Everything you need is in walking distance.   I particularly liked N Pizza, which was on the ground floor of the apartments.   There was also a view of the park from the balcony of the apartment. 

Fragola Apartment 

The basic equipment was there but there weren’t any apprioriate places to hang washcloths. Weird enough, the time on the oven was wrong. There was a strong fan for cooling but it was too loud (sounded like an airplane).

Cutlery and so on are all provided but as much as you’d like. The curtains are very thin which means the sun will just shine through and still wake you up. On the last day, the wifi has also stopped working. 

The tv and sofa had their own kind of area because there was some kind of wall in front of the bed, which meant you couldn’t watch TV from your bed. This was annoying and the sofa is also very close to the tv which was also too big for this distance.

The light switches were a little confusing as some switches blocked others being able to be on. We also ordered takeaway because we had seen this to be happening a lot here, but the delivery person was very rude and possibly cursing at me. 

There were also no instructions given for the apartment. You just go in and have to figure everything out yourself. 

At last, we also noticed there was no proper ventilation for the cooking stove.

Meets most expectations

We loved the location right in the heart of the Old Town Market Square. We were able to walk to the train station as well. Our room had everything we needed. There was a laundry room as well which I made use of. The bed was comfortable. Kyrylo was extremely helpful giving us excellent restaurant recommendations and also booking a tour for us. He is the most helpful person we have met so far in Poland. Thanks Kyrylo.

Fantastic stay in Krakow

The room is too small for two people and the breakfast is not good at all, e.g. the salad was not fresh. 
No privacy when you sit on the balcony, as your neighbors can see you.
Too loud in the night, but very good located.


Three nights in Cracow

Stayed in apartment 16 (large 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the park). 120 m2 apartment in residential building with security at the door. 4th floor, lift. Large kitchen area, conservatory with dining table and chairs for 6 people, large lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, 1 with 150 cm double bed), ensuite bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilette. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, ironing board, iron, lots of hangers and storage. Lots of towels. Mid week cleaning and change of linnen and towels. Fragola Apartment staff are really nice and service minded. They answer e-mails quickly and are very helpful.  If I am ever in Krakow again, I will definitely book with Fragola again.

Sw Krzyza 5 - Wonderful apartment in a great location . Everything was as described, spotlessly clean, very spacious, great outdoor space on the balcony. Within 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the main Market Square. Our hosts kept us well informed with precise directions to Apt and how to enter. Travel from plane, train to the apartment was a breeze. The facilities were good, the one thing we missed was a freezer compartment in the fridge, as the weather was hot and those little ice cream treats would have gone down well. Also I couldn’t find anywhere to buy cold wine so a rapid chill would have been good. Overall an excellent first trip to Kraków and certainly not our last! Thanks.
