What was good

Very friendly personnel on the reception. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, they have a wide choice to pick. The ladies at the breakfast room are very kind, too, it was offered me to make scrambled eggs and sausages which weren't on the table because they are made fresh. The hotel is in a very good location, in the middle of the Jewish Town, very close to the transport (tram). Well, being in a place full of tourists until late night, it's a bit noisy outside, so I recommend to take earplugs for a good sleep. Just right on the first floor of the house, there is an Indian restaurant, and all houses in the street have big terraces with restaurants. Kazimierz has very nice, romantic streets and they are full of life even at night.

What was bad

The TV set was very small and had only five or six channels (not the best ones in my opinion), so it's not really an option for entertainment. The windows could not be closed properly, and it was a bit disturbing in October, even if the heating was set on. The WC lid was a bit "mobile" so sometimes it was uncomfortable. But generally it was OK, I'd give 9,5/10 points. I just mention these disappointments in hope they will fix it in the future.
