It's a comfortable bed with clean sheets. A wardrobe, a desk, a coffee table, and a one seater sofa. Floors were clean and the staff were very friendly, always eager to answer any questions we had about how to get about the city, etc. The breakfast was fine. They gave us lunch one day when we told them we wouldn't be there for breakfast which was good. Also, they provide lockers free of charge to put your bags in even when you have checked out! The shared bathroom facilities were a bit dated, also smelt a bit funny, sometimes like urine. However they were clean, it just seemed the other guests didn't know how to flush! The shower was nice. No mirror in the room meaning I had to do my makeup in the hall where other guests could see me which wasn't the best. I would recommend to a friend who was staying in Poland for a few nights!

All you need for a long weekend!

My friend and I have been travelling in Poland in september, we started in Warsaw and then came in this lovely town. 
We chose this hotel for the reasonable price and its location. If you want to visit the famous Old Town without spending too much money in transport, this hotel is for you! Its location is great, you are situated almost near the former castle of Krakow and really close to the center of the town (which is easily and totally available by foot for not so long!)
The rooms are good and confortable: you have a desk, a closet and a nice bed. There is a kitchen to share with the others clients, and several bathrooms. 
The breakfast is inclued in the price and you can taste the local food of Poland (which is great to discover every aspects of this country!). Plus, the hotel has a restaurant downstairs where you get some reductions to eat and/or drink.
The staff is friendly and dedicated to ensuring that guests experience a thoroughly enjoyable stay! 
I recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay in Krakow

Very cheap accomodation set a short walk from old town and local attractions. Strange smell from the moment you enter the building and this goes through all the rooms also. There are 3 flights of stairs - difficult to manage when you are travelling with anyone a bit older/disabled especially trying to haul your luggage up with no lift.
24 hr reception is good but some staff friendlier than others. 
You must leave your key at reception each time you leave your room. Drains smelled awful and the place could be doing with a good proper clean throughout. 
They give you a single duvet to use with a double bed so it's difficult when sharing especially mid winter. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable , ours actually kept collapsing once you moved on it as the wooden slats under the mattress were broken. 
Free tea or coffee on arrival was good and breakfast was ok.
We didn't leave til evening but had to check out at 11 and they allowed us to leave our luggage there so we could go sightseeing.
Really handy having a 24hour off licence and supermarket practically next door also.

You get what you pay for

The room was pretty bad, loud and small - it was on the front, facing the street. The toilets were just enough, bit dump though. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The breakfast was very tasty though, with a wide variety of food to choose from (both standard continental breakfast ingredients and some cheese, soft cheese, veggies and ham). Overall acceptable.

Loud but good breakfast

We stayed here in the summer of 2011. Originally, we had a cheap room, but even to our standards it was of very low quality. It was ugly, uncomfortable not at all cosy. We didn't have a room in the main building, but further in the street in an old building (former appartment block) with an entrance door which couldn't be locked. The dark hallway wasn't promising, but the room wasn't either. We were actually scared when taking a shower, with all the sounds in the building. When we got to bed, someone was ringing the doorbell several times, which caused scary echoeing sounds - as if to see if someone was in the building? Even at 1
am the ringing went on, and around 2 am we heared stumbling in the building, sounds of someone trying to open various locks. When we heared them enter our unit and even try our door handle, we were terrified: what was that? Apparently, it were our very drunk neighbours... But the next day we booked a better room in the main building, where we felt much safer! We're used to cheap hotels / hostels, but this was mindblowing. Also, the breakfast was very poor, we ended up buying a sandwich in the supermarket...
