The location is fabulous, in the heart of the historic center, with many restaurants in the vicinity and places of interest. The room was a little small, but very warm and cozy. Good breakfast, abundant and varied. The owner of the property was very kind to us.

Very central.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the center, a few meters walk from the main square. Essentially clean and spacious. The price is excellent compared to the location, suitable for those who do not live in a hotel but want to enjoy the city...

Stayed from 8 to 14/19. Charming little studio, clean, comfortable bed, quiet despite the restaurant in the courtyard. A nice lunch. We were on the top floor with access by staircase (head to head for adults).

It's great.

Just back after 5 nights staying in Pokoje gościnne wiślna apartment. We received a free pick up from airport and taken to the accommodation. The apartment we were given was at the top of a metal spiral staircase which had 63 steps, so fitness would have to be considered when booking. Apartment was clean but only had a 2 hotplate facility for any self catering, although the location allowed for easy access to multiple eateries. The accommodation was 4 flights directly above a courtyard for a restaurant's logistics so noisy with bottles at the end of the service and blender was overheard loudly 6am. The office for the accommodation was not easy to locate as this was only visible with a chalkboard when the gate was opened. This location was not explained at arrival. 
The location far outweighed any negative aspects of the stay as the accommodation was seconds away from the main square which was a hive of activity and plenty of opportunities for tourists to get sightseeing tours.  Our accommodation office provided our booking for the Salt mines and Auschwitz and payment was made on arrival. Taxi for return was also arranged with the office for airport at a fixed price and paid to the driver. 
Eating and drinking in the main square was pricey in comparison to other eateries found in the streets beyond.  We found a very basic restaurant with wholesome food very cheap.  The Bar Mleczny has basic authentic Polish cuisine and soft drinks with a variety of dishes costing around 19 zlote. 
Lovely, clean, courteous city and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic location

Stayed a night in Krakow. Excellent location and a very nice breakfast following a great nights sleep. Only issues were that the showerhead wasn't attached properly and there was a very tight spiral staircase to our room. 
Apart for that everything else was great and would definitely stay again

Great value stay

WARNIING!!! This place does fake propaganda in hotel reservation sites. They say they have Air conditioning and 24 hours attendance, but it's a lie. No Air and nobody after 7 PM. Beyond that, the Room os todo ugly, It stinks and TV does not works a pit. Just pass away Far from this place.

A terrible and disguting place

B&b located in the heart of the historic centre of Krakow, a short walk from the market square. The property is located in a historic building, without an elevator. The room was clean, well furnished and quite spacious. Only sin, the towels were not changed during the three days of stay and the room was not picked up. Breakfast abundant. Very kind and available owner, came to pick us up at the airport and gave us the opportunity to leave the suitcases at home after check-out.

What a lovely gem of a place, just off the main square so handy for bars, restaurants, churches and loads of other attractions and public transport.  Michal was a lovely man really helpful and will happily pick you up and drop you off at the airport for less than the local taxis.  The room was lovely, clean with en suite, use of a fridge outside the rooms is available as are tea/coffee.
Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice and served between 0900 - 1100 which was nice so you can enjoy a lie in 😁.  Would definitely recommend and already have done.

City break

We stayed in these guestrooms for 3 nights. The location is fantastic, beside the beautiful main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable.  Beds were comfortable, kitchen was useful and the studio and bedroom we had were perfect for our group of 6 people. Our host Michael was excellent in organising trips for us. He collected us from airport and brought us to Auschwitz/Birkenau one day and the salt mines on our last day. He also organised a golf cart tour to pick us up at the door.  He was so helpful and pleasant and he's a great cook! Breakfast was fab. (It was hard to find breakfast room on first day but it's room 8 on second floor, just knock for entry!), stairs a bit rickety! Spiral staircase a bit dodgy if you're not great with steps (43 in our case!). Would definitely recommend for cheap accommodation.

Cheap accommodation

We stayed at the pokoje in December for 4 nights. The room was warm, spacious, the bed very comfortable. I bathe a little bit piccolot, without vent... with what you eat:// The excellent location, very close to the central square and the premises. Economical, welcoming from the owner who was available, kind and came to pick us up at the airport for free!
