The location is literally JUST off the square, only a 10 second walk. This makes it a great location if you're planning on staying out late every night and also means no need to pay for transport.
Thankfully, it's rooms are situated at the back of the hotel and so you don't hear any noise from the square at all.
The price was fantastic considering where it's located. However, checking in can be a hassle. There is no reception and we didn't know where our room was or who to speak to! Luckily, we bumped into the cleaners who were really helpful and although there was a language barrier they did everything possible to get us sorted and checked in.
Fresh towels were given everyday and bins changed daily, but bed not changed. There is also free wifi in the hotel which is always a bonus!
Would stay again, thank you for the lovely service.

Brilliant location, cannot fault!

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and was slightly dubious as I could find no reviews on this 'hotel'. I noted on the booking website that check in was only till 8pm so I made sure I was there with plenty of time to spare.

I walked past the entrance a few times as I was expecting some large facade, However there is a sign above the entrance, but it’s a shared entrance. Its shared with a travel agents and a pizza place. The entrance is gated and there is buzzer for reception. The owner from the apartments let me (and escorted me up the the five flights of stairs) and briefed me in her nonexistent English on the apartment. You are given your own set of keys for the apartment and also for the gate to get into the complex. I was asked to pay upfront.

The apartment was far more spacious and modern than I realised. The heating was great. unlimited and at -12 outside I couldn’t have been warmer. The water was always hot and the beds were comfortable. There is a table and chairs, wardrobe and double bed and armchair in each room. in One bedroom there was a sofa, this was so it could serve as a lounge. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, places and saucepans. There was no oven but two electric rings.

I paid 35euros per night and for that I was ecstatic, as the location was on the main street. The down side was that it was noisy. The street is bustling till 5am at the weekend. The windows are thin (it did have secondary glazing) but I had a pair of ear plugs so it didn’t bother me in the slightest and I figured that all the main hotels are on this street so they would all be the same.

If I stayed in Krakow again this the place I would stay - I would not consider anywhere else. Although there is no lift so bare that it mind

One final note - I did not enquire if there was a maid service for the apartment - Whilst I was there towels etc were not changed - if staying for longer I would enquire upon checking in
