We rent this apartment because at the fotos it shows 3 separate beds ( 2 double, one single) and because we were 4 persons ( one couple, two single friends). The single bed was replaced by a sofa bed which was ok, but when we tried to unfold it , it didn't fit in the bedroom and the most important it was very dirty and with lots of stains. So, one person finally slept at the sofa of the living room. The double mattress on the top room was very worn out, you could feel every spring on you back.The other double bedroom was ok but none of the beds had a night lamp ( actually there was one but it was out of order). They give you one bath towel for each person and they charge you 10zlt for every extra one. I think  for hygienic reasons you can't wipe feet and face with the same towel. More towels should be provided and not charged at a luxurious apartment.  The apartment itself was very pretty and comfortable for 4 persons , the breakfast was ok , and the location was good, away from the touristic area yet very quite and at walking distance from almost everything. I would recommend  it if there were  more beds,convenient for group of friends and families.

Not so luxurious....

The photos show this apartment to have 3 separate beds which is why we booked it. When we got there there were only 2 beds, one of which was a mattress on the floor on a mezzanine floor with a ceiling so low we couldn't stand up there, the tallest of us is only 5ft 2in. We requested extra bedding for the sofa in the lounge area which was promised but never materialized. We were only there for 3 nights and didn't want to waste any more time chasing the staff for it, the only way we had to contact them was by phone. Also the fridge freezer looked clean but had a horrendous smell inside. The apartment otherwise was clean and comfortable. Going on our experience, I would not recommend this place.

Not recommended

Overall, a very pleasant apartment. On arrival, the apartment looked very clean and tidy! However, later found out what the mattresses looked like!! 
Was slightly disappointed as wasn't aware there were 2 different apartments and chose to stay here based on the pictures on here however this was not the apartment we were given.

4 night stay 

Big apartment with 3 rooms, two of them are with double beds and one with two couches. Bathroom is more then clean and beautiful. Here is TV in each room and also in bathroom front of bath, in living room there is projector and portable pc, also wifi. In kitchen you have everything to cook a meal. Clean sheets, towels and everything else. And also parking lot. If you will choose this place, you won't regret it.

Best place to stay in Krakow

4 friends and I adored our stay in this apartment. It wasn't too far a walk to the centre (15 minutes) and, although being a ground floor flat, they have many security measures in place that make you feel very safe (as in locking shutters over the windows facing the street). It was a great place, and honestly I cannot fault it.
