What was good

The location is absolutely perfect. If you get off a bus or train, you can walk through the Galeria (indoor mall) directly to the square with your hotel. The hotel is 5 min walking from the train stop and about 8 min walking to the old Town square (downtown area) The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Modern rooms were clean. Only downside is your window does not look out at the town but instead sky windows which did not bother me. Clean and new furniture/bedding

What was bad

The one and only downside to this hotel is no reception desk. The hotel sign is small at the very top of the building and easy to miss (direct yourself behind the ATM to a panel on the wall that allows you to enter a code for entry). Since my phone does not allow calls while traveling internationally, it was difficult to get into contact with staff to obtain the instructions for entering our room. Luckily we saw housekeeping and they helped me call off their phone. Just know this is how you must gain access inside, otherwise it is the perfect hotel!
