I was serviced by David Aguilar, ticketing department.  He was very helpful.  His expertise had helped get great price and seat tickets.  I really appreciate his service.

Excellent ticketing price and seats recommendation

I was very disappointed with the inflated cost of everything. The lodging, food, water, entertainment all were extremely high. Too watch the superbowl for standing was a charge of $190 in some places and to sit as much as $300 not including food and drink. Very frustrating. The only thing I will say was good was the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to Jennifer at The Market for going above and beyond to assist.

I hope, I hope that this great man doesn’t mind me posting a picture of him with my son! I have come to Las Vegas many many times and this man, Jovanny was/is the kindest/most helpful man I’ve ever met in all of Las Vegas! He saw me carrying my son through the hotel while limping due to an injured leg. He immediately ran up to me and told me how great of a job I was doing (trying to do) and then offered to go and grab me a wheel chair, but he didn’t stop there, he took me all the way through the casino to the hotel check-in desk and then to where I could rent a motorized scooter for the rest of my visit. He then watched my child as I dealt with the staff at the desk even! He waited and made sure that I was completely taken care of and then even gave my son a couple free plays on the arcade games! ❤️ I cannot express enough how above and beyond this employee/man did for me today. As a single parent with a severely injured leg, this man single handedly made my entire trip wonderful and will be the sole reason I return! Please if anyone ever meets him, treat him with such kindness because of all people he deserves it! Thank you thank you so much Jovanny, from your new friends Mikael and Konner! ❤️

The nicest guy I’ve ever met in Vegas!

MGM Resorts made our trip to Poland one of the best ever. The staff is amazing, especially Andrezj, the cottages are beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect. It really is heaven on Earth. Looking forward to be back.
