I would return, but in 3-4 years time - the neighborhood is quite picturesque and breakfast table one of a kind, but...
1/ One of the waiters seems to be completely out of place, maybe during some resocialization programme? idk... His manners are far from appropriate and it made us feel confused many times...
2/ The standard of a house/cabin we stayed in was low - way too small hot water container for 7 people, poor garbage bags, too small dumpster, no closets in the rooms, hole in the roof and very small duvets - what if I was a bigger person? Moreover, no blankets. A hole in the roof. The terrace and some heating devices were the advantages. 
3/ The service at the reception desk took us for some young savages and threatened us with kicking out of the resort unless we pay the rest of the money, which is unbelievable and completely out of place and leaves us with  an unpleasant memory. 
The resort needs investment and some modern touch, because without it is just a far cry from being an attractive holiday destination.

Beautiful views, nice breakfast, but...

... but it is difficult to evaluate. I like the location, not far from shops and restaurants, with a great view, private parking, very helpful staff and development plans.
But, you should be ready to sleep in a small room with a small bathroom, with thin walls hearing everything around especially in the night. Fortunately we didn't have neighbors who went bed after midnight.
What I would suggest to change? WiFi in the rooms is poor, cigs smoke in the ventilation and breakfasts since 7, not 8.
Comparing the price with other locations in Poland it looks expensive but comparing with other locations in Bieszczady area I would say, you wouldn't get this quality for lower price.
