In overall, we were happy with our stay in the spacious, clean apartment right at the bridge to Görlitz. The location is excellent, and the views from our apartment were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We certainly can recommend the place!

Good stay in an excellent location

Next to the PL-DE border. Clean place, Very nice staff. Comfortable bed. There is a free Wifi, and Tv set. It is quiet in the night and it is all right by and large.
The only disadvantage, and unfortunately it is serious one is something they call a breakfast. It costs extra 20 pln. In return you will get poor coffee, bake rolls AND totally dull knife to cut it (really?). Few slices of cheese, and awful...juice??? No it was some dissolvent with a colour... An egg, a tiny piece of non-spreadable cold butter. And an old apple, which is totally odd cause it is apple season.
All this will be brought to your room as there is no restaurant in the hotel.
I would say it is  a plan B place. But still quite ok. The breakfast is the weakest link. On the other hand, it is not obligatory.

Not bad,but...

This little hotel appearing so cozy from outside didn't hold the promise of nice stay for us. Ground level room we got smelled foul and fungal. After checking for source of this smell we found that shower cabin leaks and water seeping thru wall supported strong growth of black fungi on bedroom wall - a serious health hazard !  Owner disappeared after collecting payment on day 1. We stayed here two nights and are not coming back.

Disappointing stay

My room in the hotel was really nice: spacious, many windows facing the river, great bed, good and clean bathroom. The price was really good considering the confort and compared with other Gorlitz hotels and its really well localized, just crossing the bridge and you are in the center of Gorlitz. It is close to many restaurants and the one just next to it, that serve pizzas and pastas is really good and cheap!!
Of couse that it have some limitations since its a cheap room, not a real hotel...
There is no reception. You won a password for the main entrance and for the room and for the weekend we've been there, we just saw the girl in the reception the moment we arrived. The internet signal in our room was too low, so we have to use it in the corridor.
But anyway, if you are looking for a good place to sleep and well located be sure this is a good option.

Great place for independent travelers...

This are nice rooms - and it shall not be considered as an Hotel. Rooms are nice, new and nicely localized. It could be bit more quiet. 
- There is no service room ( rooms are not cleaned, no new towels, no new portion of soap)
- There is no person in lobby for a whole day. 
- Electronic / password keys  - 2 long codes to remember
- Someone just came to my room, not even knocking before!
- No breakfast, not so easy to eat something about 7 o'clock morning in Zgorzelec.
