Appartamento was a two level attic very close to the port of mikolajki.

Positon.
Very good position, close to port, all the attractions, restaurants. Parking is 50 meter far.

Building 
Apartment was at the 5th floor without lift.
Condition of corridors and stair is good despite cleanliness doesn't excell.

Lacking of toilet paper and shower gel.

Very central location with a price quite competitive.

The apartment was newly refurbished furnitures and very clean and large however I found the spaces not well organised and the bed ended up to be a bit claustrophobic it that position. Also the mattress is not a great quality but definitely okay for a few nights. The shawer box was very large but bracket showerhead was broken - nothing hugely annoying.

The view from the large balcony is on the backyard of the restaurant/pub - not great compared with other accommodations in the same area.

There wasn't an hairdryer in the bathroom and the receptionist was very kindly to provided us one. While my girlfriend was using it, the hair dryer suddenly got burnt and a tuft of hair burnt with it.
She was very lucky because she could get seriously hurt.

I should say in fairness that the hair dryer is not included in the facilities but I would expect it in this type of accommodation.

Large, new and good position but poor details

We went to see WRC Rally Poland and choose this hotel for staying there. You probably dont find a better location hotel in this city, its so called appartment hotel, with kitchencorner in room.
Rooms are simple but clean.
There is a shop downstairs, ATM and many restoraunts around the hotel with very tasty food and very good prices.
Also boat rent and shipcruises on lake.
If you try to communicate in english, its a problem, almost zero english speaking personel around, german i think is better option. Bodylanguage and hans, thats how you communicate.

Long weekend

We found ourselves in a precarious situation upon arriving to Mikolajki. While trying to check in to our PRE-PAID reservation at a neighboring apartment complex we were prevented from doing so because the reception was closed and did not allow us to check-in. After a couple of tense hours of deliberation, we were referred to Apartmenty Portowe by a local restaurant.  We placed a call and minutes later we were accommodated at a very comfortable apartment in the ideal location. They even agreed to match our price at the other reservation.  They were tremendously flexible and accommodating especially since we were traveling from abroad and did not know the area very well.  We ended up staying two additional nights with Apartmenty Portowe and they were always available to answer questions and meet with us if there were any problems. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay a pleasant one especially after the very bad experience we had with our first reservation.

Saved our Trip to Mikolajki!!

Right in the center of Mikolajki a wide range of clean apartmens- some with balconies and some with lake views. Enjoyed our stay very much and the service was quick and friendly. Two apartments cost alltogether about 100€ - lots of space and comfort for the price of a hotel room.

Clean lakeside apartments

Beds are of low quality (quilts especially), one was even broken in half. Bathroom average. Relatively loud neighbourhood, also in the morning. Overall room is outdated.
Breakfast paid extra, served each day in different restaurant.
