The staff was very rude. Tt was dirty everywhere. The room, despite the request, was not cleaned, no air conditioning. Pool water very cold. Food not fresh, no elevators. Underground parking only for small cars. I do not recommend

It was horrible stay

Spent there 3 days middle of the week 
This place is rated as a  4 stars but in my opinion it sits around 3 STARS and not highier. 
Some major Health & Safety issues for kids 
It says it is a Spa place so we made a booking in this place hoping to get some tratment. How suprised I was when we found that there is a 2 day waiting list. It shows that this place cannot cope with all the guests and Spa area is to small hence it shouldn't called itself a Spa. 
Swimming pool is a good size but not the biggest and if you like to swim long distance it might be too short and you will end up wasting energy and not be able to relax but for me it was okay. 

This place has in advert-Child friendly so if you are hoping for short romantic break or like peace and quiet this place was  full of kids ( including my one :)) 
Not all the towers ( there are 4 ) has got a lift so if you are with kids and are above ground floor or below ask before booking. 
There is no kids menu on the breakfast or dinner so I ended up runing backwards and forward to the bufet trying to grab something that my small one would like and that it wasn't to spicy.

The biggest issue for me was with safety. In the place full of kids with few double socets in that room around 20 cm above the floor only one of each of the double socets was covered up and rest were exposed- really ?  My kid biggest fun is to put her fingers in any socet she finds hence I brought some covers with me for my room but was not expeting that. Some toys are not in the best shape or not enough ( for example 1 ride on car) or are dirty and need some cleaning. Floor in this room is made of wooden pannels so needed to watch her all the time not to bump her head. 
My balcony had wooden patio floor that was nice but wasn't cleaned properly with jet wash and that  combine with a little bit of rain caused it to become an ice ring. On top of that my patio had plant pot on one half and second had a metal  banister with stone type ledge on the inside about 20 cm in width just 5 cm above patio level ( will attach picture ) so you can imagine if you let you small one play on it without constant close supervision this might end up with smashed head. 

The room wasn't the cleanest one and not to 4 class standart as well there was some rust on heaters in the bathroom and the bin, few cracked tiles and out of shape door frames by the tiles. 

There is undergroung carpark at extra charge 

Staff: was polite and made an efort especially in the restaurant and this was to 4 star standart or even above. 
The only but is that I heard few cleaners sware in Polish and having bilingual kid don't help. So my advice is to do that out of view of the guest and not on corridors or don't do that at all :) 

Bedroom was so small that ended up moving the bedside and pushing the bed against the wall in order to be able to close the door-fun. 
Lack of power points in my room to charge the gadets. Ended up unpluging kettle as well as charging ipad in the bathroom :)
There is no tea bags,sugger or coffee in the room so be aware and bring your own with you. There are few shops around so not a big issue but for 4 star place at least the start up kit it's a must. 
Water quality is not the best so you might end up getting to boil bottle water but it is really up to your personal taste. 

 



Misleading  4 Stars rating 

Room - instead of "Luxury appartments interiors" (in our case it was called "Prestige Suite") you get a small and unfunctional two pieces studio with no air conditioning. The bedroom with plastic panels on the floor is so small that I wonder how did they manage to put a bed inside. The bed is too small - two adults will not sleep confortably. Main room with a kitchinette corner is all but tiled with large, slippery and extremely ugly tiles. It makes yoy feel like living in the bottom of a swimming pool. There is a electric kettle, but no teabags or instant coffee provided. Something that could be improved right away as it is a standard at this price level per night. The bathroom is very tight - "the parisian style" in its most hardcore form -  there is barely where to stand and no room to put your toillet bag and its content. Overall impression of the "appartments" is a brand new cheap and plastic finish which is rather repulsive than inviting. Nevertheless there are two flat screens in the "appartment" if you enjoy watching  two different TV channels not further than 5 meters of each other.

Appartments grounds - never ever had to go through so many stairs to get anywhwere... This place is for stair climbing athletes not for tourists. If you never had to transport your luggage alone through at least 3 flights of steps to get to your room - you definetly must try Baltic Cliff Apartments. This place is also full of cul-de-sac corridors leading nowhere. Amazing design really.
  
Service - first of all it is very hard to call a reception. Seems they do not bother to answer for more than 10 minutes hoping the client will eventually quit... Even if you call from the room you need to wait approx 10 min to get connected to the reception. This should be improved immediately. Instead of regular daily room cleaning you would normally expect at this kind os establishment you get "room inspection", which means that they check if there is a trash to be disposed and the have a peek in to the bathroom. If you want to have your towels replaced more than once in 2 days you have to pay aditionally. The biggest suprise for me was that the beds are not being made at all.
 
Food - never had worst food in full board holliday offer. All evening meals were oversalted and overspiced. The coffee  available for breakfeast was tasteless. Instead of "exquisite food" you get a dull, plain canteen food which leaves a sour aftertaste once you leave the restaurant. Only one we had a chance to taste fresh bread.
A funny observation we made is that in addition to low food quality you are constantly impregnated with fancy commercials beamed form 2 huuuge plazma screens placed in four corners of the restaurant. Henessey Cognac event in Moscow was my personal favourite... So called Moet & Chandon Zone in the patio is a pure joke - imagine a plastic bar with champage logo serving tap beer. 

We will never go back.

Overpriced "luxury" mistake for undemanding

In the west-end of Niechorze, just next to the lighthouse. Close to the beach, about a 100 metres. Butterfly observatory, lego exhibition and wax figures showroom just next to it. Museum of lmicro lighthouse buidlings nearby.

Quite a busy street goes round the north and east side of the complex, with rooms in the north facing the street directly. This is not a green or forested area. From the north side it neighbours with a municipal car-park and an fun-fair and amusement park which is very noisy.

All those areas pretty limited in space and therefore crowded (except for spa & wellness). Dining area particularly packed with tables and chairs and gets really crowded.

Floor - big tiles, very slippery, might be dangerous for kids when wet.

Kitchenette - pretty small, no dishwasher, very few kitchen dishes or kitchen utensils. It is not suitable for regular cooking for a family.

Relatively young team of people who really try to be helpful. They just do their job but do not create the atmoshpere. 

Overall I have mixed feelings about this place. Definitely overpriced - a price of about EUR 120-130 per night rather than EUR 170 would be fair value.

Modern, spacey, noisy, overpriced

We (my husband and grandson) spent there one week in the beginning of March. It was absolutely out of season. The village was quiet and peaceful and almost everything was closed. But the hotel was well prepared for the guests.
The location of the hotel is nice - just in front of the lighthouse, not far from the sea. But you have to remember that the name of the hotel  "Baltic Cliff" reflects the nature of the coast in this region. In the summer heat it could be not easy to climb so many stairs when you return from the beach to the hotel....
The hotel is formed of the four three-levels high buildings connected in the underground, where restaurant, swimming-pool and saunas and spa center are located. Our apartment consisted of (really) small bedroom, living room connected with the well equipped kitchen annex and of the bathroom. The terrace /balcony is also a part of apartment but in March it was not very useful. It was nice to found the gowns in the bathroom. The room was cleaned up on request, every other day as well as the towels were changed. Minuses - the bedclothes had not been changed during the staying; if you'd like them be changed - it's extra charged; the  double (?) bed we were offered in the first room was 140 cm wide (I'd rather should say "narrow" than "wide"); in the next offered room it was 160 cm -  not to wide as a double bed, as well.
The swimming-pool was clean, not too crowded,  the water has had nice temperature and the underwater illumination made the swimming relaxing. The opening hours were not clear for me- closed before the breakfast  and then between 1 to 2 PM.
We enjoyed the cuisine - there was a  wide variety of dishes  during the breakfasts and dinners - for the adults and the children as well. During the weekend it became a little too crowded in the restaurant - I'm affraid that it could be a problem in the full season. Our grandson enjoyed a playroom prepared for children but we couldn't find any outside equipment for children. We accepted the price offered for our out of season staying, but full-season prices don't look reasonable. But if anyone is interested in - it's not my business.

Nice out of season

We bought this offer for some months ago. # nights in Easter with halfbord for around 250 Euro.
Such good offer, just turn a place to a low budget place, and remove the Spa-Wellness experience we expected. 
No silence at all even in "spa" area or at your own room. You can hear every step in the corridors, and it ain't making it better when parents let's their small children knockon doors, or they (parents) activate the fire alarm course they are smoking in the room (with out, anything was happening from the hotel staff)
Actually the rooms are nice and well equiped and with a nice balcony.
The food is not bad, but in same nothing to write home about!
If you are a Family with small kids, go there. If you like us want to go for a weekend break away Forget It...
For the hotel i will recommend them to find out what they want in the future.
The families was using NO Money, at least (we was the only) bought a bottle of wine for our dinner.
I would have liked the place, if it was an "adult" place...
