This is not 4 star. This place is horrible. Lazy, stupid staff. At the reception, they can't even describe where to go from the hotel to AQUAPARK (they pointlessly send you there via the first floor - but it's normally via the second lift). It is not possible to order drinks at dinner (only tap water is available). Breakfast - you get in the morning to look and leave to see your family, and then the doorman won't let you and your family in again because you've already been there. I do not recommend the stay. For the money it's a scam. And another great thing - the safe in the room - it is not allocated, you can take it with you :) Food disgusting. When you go to an alacarte restaurant, no one notices you for 15 minutes (and there were only 2 other guests there).

3 days in SPA hotel Sandra

There is all you need for the family. Swimming pool with slides and outdoor bathing area. Ten pin bowling, pool tables, arcade with games and tennis courts. Considering the number of guests I am astounded how they manage to feed them all. Only very hard working staff can pull this off. The buffet for breakfast and dinner offers plenty of choice. Be warned, it gets very busy and suggest you get to the restaurant early.  I noticed some maintenance needing since my last visit and imagine that Covid has had an impact in that regard. It got uncomfortably warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. Plenty to do in the area.

All you need for the family

It's a really nice place, with large rooms, lots of common space, a big restaurant, a pub and a super spa. It's a shame it's a disorganized place, with a lot of staff who don't speak English, with complicated internal procedures and little hospitality from the staff. So much unspoken potential.

This place is horrible, they charge for ever little thing!! But that would not be an issue if the service or amenities were good.. Food was horrible they close the kitchen and you have not option for anything else.. and finally the room was good but bathroom was like a visit back to 1970's... Stay away if you value customer service and decent food!!

Very disappointed ☹️

When I entered my room, the furry cover on the bed was dirty on the other (inner) side - white stains that looked like sperm were all over it. The staff change it, but had to change the rest of the bed by myself. 
The room was not very clean also without that.

Unpleasant surprise

Well it was a couple holiday - stay for 5 nights including breakfast and dinner. During the stay friend of us, has joined us for 3 nights but staying outside of the resort. 

Check in was nice and smooth. Been asked to pay tourist fee (cash only, so advice keep some cash with you for this) and been asked if I would like to pay for the full stay now or later. I said I would do this later as might have use bar etc so final bill might be different. Receptionist agreed and said I can do it on the check out day. 

The room was nice with balcony with the view of mountains and inside of the complex - outdoor swimming pools. 
Mini bar in the room was ok but missing kettle with tea or coffee - or daily water delivery. 

Food - was average. Sometime overcooked, dry, or just nothing really to pick up from especially if you arrive a bit late to eat. Poor options with hot drinks - long queues to coffee machines and the  filtered coffee thermos wasn’t checked often if needed refill. Small glasses for cold drinks so you have to run lots to fill them if you like juice with your breakfast. 

Customer service during meal time - in 90%was so unpleasant. We felt like we were unwanted guests there! The tables were cleared and disinfected quickly but waiting time to get sparse cutlery was took ages! Due to Covid you couldn’t pick cutlery up from service trolley but easily you could take them from food tables. Rubbish! 
Tables were marked as reserved or disinfected so you could sit at the second but no one was sitting at the reserved tables. Confusing and mess system. 

There was no one way system at the dinning area - rude staff and very unprofessional. Everyone was touching spoons when taking from buffet counters - how we can make sure that everyone has sanitised their hands?! 

Spa section - big swimming pools area but no additional signs /restriction when using jacuzzis- seen full capacity without any distance inside! 
Saunas - lovely ! Defo recommend. Very lucky that we were the only one inside ! 
Spa massage - yes, use it. Relaxing 

Again customer service at the reception - very rude receptionist - not the one who checked us in. While asking for something I have been told that I’m requesting something additional not even paying for my stay in full yet!!!! I felt like thief or I have done something wrong. It basically ruined my stay. 

Great pub and bowling alley. Would back there just for this if staying in different hotel. 



Hmmm .... not sure what to say 

A nice hotel, good food but otherwise leaves much to be desired. Staff sometimes very unfriendly very little written in German New Year's invitation in Polish and no English. Many German guests have why not. Even when we asked for excursions we didn't understand. A German guest who could Polish perfectly actually saved our vacation even he just shook his head.

Well, I'm not.

we visited aquapark yesterday as it was rainy. the place is super for small kids (we have 5 and 3 years), but also for adults - whirpools, tobogans, quick river etc. very nice place, lots of relaxing deck chairs. one thing that wasn´t really good is very wet floor everywhere. as we were there for first time we didn´t know that we need some rubber shoes.

The hotel has a nice swimming area. The dining room is good, very child-friendly. I recommend it only for those who are on holiday with a lot of nerves.

The season is to be decided

I was there with a group. I was the 8th of March.There were a lot of people , ofcourse.When we started our breakfast next day we should wait for our scrambled eggs about 15 minutes because it was only one guy -cook preparing it.I was definitely too long.Then we should wait about 10 minutes to get coffee from coffee machine , which were only 2 for so many people.In my opinion they are not prepared for so many peopleat the same time.
